Stephens County Eye Clinic has always giving me a copy of all the information concerning the visit and a copy of the eye prescription needed. You are not required to purchase your glasses there, but I always have and been very satisfied. I highly recommend this eye clinic for all your vision needs. I got in after a short wait…read moreand Dr. Parker ran me through all the tests (except that one where they blast your eyes with air!!) and was both personable, patient, and professional. I got my prescription and promptly lost it, so I went by a few days later and got another copy; took about a minute. I ordered my new glasses, and when I went to pick them up I realized just how perfectly Dr. Parker got the prescription. I put them on and it was almost like seeing for the first time. The doctor I went to about 5 years ago rushed me through like cattle, then pressured me like a vacuum cleaner salesman to buy their insanely expensive crap. I told the "doctor" that I had high blood pressure and my eyes were exceptionally blurry that day, but he didn't even bother to acknowledge it, much less reschedule the test. The glasses Dr. Parker prescribed for me are amazing; I've never been able to see this well in my whole life. I'm 71 and I still have 20/20 vision but my muscles are very slow to react and things look blurry close-up - but not anymore! I could not be happier with my eye exam.

It is completely unprofessional especially for a dr office to not return calls. All their records are on paper so if you want a copy of prescription you have to come in to get the paper copy bc they don't have a fax machine. When you come to get it, they don't have a copy of it in your file so you then wait for the dr to be done with his appt so he can write out your prescription. That is assuming they can find your file(they searched for 2 weeks trying find my sons file so we could new contacts. I have been trying to get a copy of my prescription for several days with no success.

The only…read moredrawback, I was told there was an error on my eye glass prescription and two people advised me the corrected prescription would be emailed to me. When I did not receive it, I called and was advised once again it would be emailed. Now 3 days later I still do not have the correct eyeglass prescription. So not sure why they are not giving me the corrected prescription since I paid additional to get my eyeglass prescription updated. So I guess I will have to call again tomorrow or drive the half hour trip back to the office to get what I should have ethically received the day of my appointment.
