The only thing worse than being sick is going to a pharmacy you have been using for two years and being treated like a total stranger by the same people you see every time you go there. I have tried the drive-thru as well as the pharmacy counter. It makes NO difference. While I am certain the pharmacists working here are tops in their pharmaceutical knowledge and that they read their PDRs every night before bed, they suck at customer service. Prescriptions that are promised at a specific time, they are almost never ready and require a 20 - 30 minute wait. Often, a REFILL is not entered correctly and is denied by your insurance. Then magically after they call or attempt to enter it again, it is approved and you can wait about 40 minutes, you can get your medication. The people at the front register are usually very cordial and helpful, that is one good thing about the place but once you go to the pharmacy in the back, customer service disappears and you are just a number. Based on the wait, that number is somewhere around 1,042.

The absolute rudest people in the world work for this pharmacy. They are not helpful and will…read morefinish their visit with friends before checking you out at a register, leaving you to wait 5 minutes and then asking you to move your items to a different register. They prefer to hang out in the back talking, giving nasty looks and acting like you are an inconvenience to them. This pharmacy needs to wipe the employee slate clean and start over again. I have been in there 3 times, same results. Never again.

I love Walgreens!! I am staying faithful to Walgreens. People at Walgreens greet me with a friendly hello as I walk in the entrance door. They are so helpful when I pose a question. They smile at me front the front of the store until I'm finished with my shopping. They make you feel like you are part of their family!
