I was greeted immediately by an extremely friendly and polite employee who knew my friends name. Staff are incredibly helpful, polite and knowledgeable. The Store is well stocked, organized and clean. It's incredibly easy to find things. Parking lot is easy to move around and there is just plenty of easy in and out parking. What makes this experience so enjoyable are the employees with great attitudes. Items are priced fairly and the checkout process is extremely easy and stress free. They have a tremendously wide selection of items that you can find under one large roof. I would definitly return to this locations. While the store does a good job of marking the difference between the two, some racks of very close to each other and some items may be mixed together. I've always been able to find some good bargains whenever I shop here. Make sure you understand their return policy before making a purchase.

Had trouble with the washer within the first 12 months and Lonnie the owner couldn't find the problem...5 years later he still hasn't fixed it after several attempts to get him out to the house and now he says it's out of warranty. Terrible customer service, Lonnie also told me they don't keep computer records so be carful if you want any kind of warranty claim handled. They apparently don't keep good billing records either so choose wisely where you shop, the furniture is Ashley furniture and you can get it cheaper from there! Lesson learned!

Last night I ordered groceries online from the Rockingham Walmart, to be delivered between 10 AM…read moreand noon today. I needed to be here when they arrived so I could get frozen things into the freezer right away. Noon came and went. I got an email from Walmart saying my order was delayed and should arrive by 1:10 PM. It also said they would keep me updated. Abour 1:00 they sent another email saying again that my order was delayed, and this time offering no estimated time of arrival. But they did say that I could reschedule, pick up the order, or cancel it. However, not knowing what was causing the delay, it was hard to decide what to do. So I decided to wait a while longer. At about 4:30, I tried to call and ask if they expected the order to be delivered at all today, or if they had lost it or what was going on. It rang and rang about 20 times, but no answer in the pickup and delivery department. So I tried to call the main operator. Again, 20+ rings with no answer. Then I checked the website again. It said they're still working on it. Now it's 6:30. My order is 6 1/2 hours late with no idea of when of if it might arrive. And they have not kept me updated as promised. I can't get any information. I don't want a refund, I need my groceries! Picking them up isn't an option tonight, and who knows if my order is even ready if I went to get it? They won't tell me anything. I've had many good experiences with Walmart, with delivery orders, pickup orders, and shopping in the store. But never anything even remotely like this. I have to agree with other posters, the Rockingham Walmart is overall the worst I've ever seen, and I have lived in a lot of places and shopped in many Walmart stores. But our choices are very limited here.

He was so good with her checking on several pairs of shoes she wanted to try on. She did buy a pair. He couldn't have been nicer. So, my turn I asked about what I wanted to see and the store didn't have them, but he could order them for me. He ordered them for me. After chatting a bit, turns out he was in the women's shoe department for the day. He's usually in the men's department. He was great! I got a great value on what I bought and so did the lady before me. Thank you, Charles!
