While the store does a good job of marking the difference between the two, some racks of very close to each other and some items may be mixed together. I've always been able to find some good bargains whenever I shop here. Make sure you understand their return policy before making a purchase.

Had trouble with the washer within the first 12 months and Lonnie the owner couldn't find the problem...5 years later he still hasn't fixed it after several attempts to get him out to the house and now he says it's out of warranty. Terrible customer service, Lonnie also told me they don't keep computer records so be carful if you want any kind of warranty claim handled. They apparently don't keep good billing records either so choose wisely where you shop, the furniture is Ashley furniture and you can get it cheaper from there! Lesson learned!

I needed to be here when they arrived so I could get frozen things into the freezer right away. Noon came and went. I got an email from Walmart saying my order was delayed and should arrive by 1:10 PM. It also said they would keep me updated. Abour 1:00 they sent another email saying again that my order was delayed, and this time offering no estimated time of arrival. But they did say that I could reschedule, pick up the order, or cancel it. However, not knowing what was causing the delay, it was hard to decide what to do. So I decided to wait a while longer. At about 4:30, I tried to call and ask if they expected the order to be delivered at all today, or if they had lost it or what was going on. It rang and rang about 20 times, but no answer in the pickup and delivery department. So I tried to call the main operator. Again, 20+ rings with no answer. Then I checked the website again. It said they're still working on it. Now it's 6:30. My order is 6 1/2 hours late with no idea of when of if it might arrive. And they have not kept me updated as promised. I can't get any information. I don't want a refund, I need my groceries! Picking them up isn't an option tonight, and who knows if my order is even ready if I went to get it? They won't tell me anything. I've had many good experiences with Walmart, with delivery orders, pickup orders, and shopping in the store. But never anything even remotely like this. I have to agree with other posters, the Rockingham Walmart is overall the worst I've ever seen, and I have lived in a lot of places and shopped in many Walmart stores. But our choices are very limited here.

My wife and I went shopping at the Belks stores in Southern Pines NC on 5-23-2026. As I walked…read moretoward the check out counter a Hispanic male was standing back a few feet from the register. I ask him if he was in the check out line and he told me that he was waiting on the cashier straight ahead of him and that I could go to the other cashier. After speaking to him I went to the other cashier (a white female) to check out. She begin fussing me out stating I was jumping line ahead of some other customers walking up. The other customers never spoke to the Hispanic male who was at the check out line when I arrived there. I am 75 years old and did not appreciate her talking down to me like an animal or a child. After she mouthed off to me I told her that I was in line ahead of the other people and tossed the clothing to her telling her where she could put them and left the store. If the store has video cameras they can review the incident and see that I asked the only person (Hispanic male) who was at the cashier's counter if he was in line before proceeding to the check out. The other customers must have been family or friends to be given priority. Regardless, the Belk employee had no reason to talk down to me like she did. I have been going to Belks to shop since I was a teenager (over 60 years when they had a store in downtown Aberdeen) to purchase clothing, jewelry and other items but will not step foot in another one again. Any video would back up what I have stated. **Store can not survive without people shopping there! Maybe this type of incident is part of the reason Belks is having financial issues.
