Very clean & well kept store. Very easy to navigate, found myself and my girlfriend having a very relaxing experience.

This is the worst store. I used to get delivery through another Walmart store, but they no longer deliver. I have yet to get a delivery when it is promised. They often don't have what I order. I paid for the Walmart + service and I do not feel like I am getting my money's worth. It is supposed to save me stress, but every delivery is delayed. I leave bags outside for the driver yet they leave the order and the bags. It is frustrating at best. I've called the store with issues before, customer service called me back and left a rude message. Walmart needs to work on hiring better people. This isn't worth what you're charging for the service. I will cancel at the end of my term. read more

I've been all over the United States east of the Mississippi to hundreds of Walmarts and unfortunately my hometown Walmart still ranks as the worst. As usual the left self checkout is closed the right self checkout has changed to 15 items or less and no cash payments which means you have to stand in one of 4 lanes that are open with and average check out time of more then 25 minutes. I simply took the four items that I really didn't need out of my car and checked out the 15 paid with a debit card and rolled. read more

The most ignorant employees at a Walmart you ever met. They've had to lock all merchandise due to this being deemed a high theft store which is there fault for years of not checking receipts and allowing people to run out there doors but now they've brainstormed the brilliant idea to lock everything up. So as a result an associate is needed to unlock that toothpaste you need which is hilarious because out of the twenty some standing around employees only one has the key to unlock the merchandise and that employee is most assuredly on there sixth break of the day. If I could give this Walmart on Landis Ave in Vineland NJ a 0 I would. The place is disgusting and the food is either opened and put back on the shelf, cut through from the unpacking, or just old and molded. After the first purchase I thought okay maybe that was a fluke, the second time I said there's no way, but this last time was just the end for me. How disgusting can a place be to just not care for the community's health and wellbeing. they always have old expired food or food that's tampered with or food that's just molded and damaged. This last purchase was a jar of smuckers orange marmalade, the expiration date was good but when I opened it there was so much mold inside that it was growing all over the inside of the cover and the completely covered the top layer of the jam. I brought it from Walmart.com not a third party store.. This store in Vineland is dirty , it's bad enough that so much of the food has been opened half ate but tonight was the last time I will waste my time or money in there . My granddaughter found a last lol doll on the shelve , we go up to pay for it and get told no that is being recalled ! Which is BS because I looked it up No such recall ! PSA, If you purchase anything from Walmart.com Be careful. They state on their website that the sales taxes are based on the store location of pick up, However that's not the case in my situation. My wife ordered me an item on Walmart.com and paid the $458.84 with a tax rate of 7% ($32.12) For a total of $490.96. However this is incorrect, the proper tax rate is 3.5% at the Vineland, NJ Walmart located at 1070 W Landis Ave, Vineland, NJ 08360 Which is apart of the Urban Enterprise Zone where the Tax Rate is 3.5% And my wife should have been charged $458.84 and 3.5% for tax $16.06 for a total of $474.90 We have tried to get this corrected and customer service hung up or passed it to another department. So I did the next best thing.. I'm writing this to warn others out there, I filed a complaint with the Federal trade commission reference number 77468763, My next thing is to file a Complaint with the BBB, as well as with the IRS and the Secret Service US Treasury Department read more

I went to the Vineland Walmart today with my mother and we overheard two employees communicating with each other saying that they are straying away from some customers because they don't like helping them then we went to the beauty supply section to pick up some things for skin care and we asked the lady for help as she angrily asked what do you mean then we got to the self check out and the scanner and everything in between was utterly disgusting and I could've caught Covid from how nasty it was and all of the employees are just disgustingly unhelpful and it is ridiculous read more

The opening of this new Walmart meant little to me. Of course, Gert began shopping there. She kept coming home with stuff. I finally checked it out. There are some good things there. As a Super Walmart, one might think it has everything. Not so. There is no photo studio. For that, the little dinky Millville store outshines this store. They do sell brisket and other meats. The other meats have no tterribly impressed me. At Thanksgiving time, inexpensive turkeys an be had. Last night the meats were ugly. There was gray burger all over the place. Yuck! The shelves last night seemed bare. Sure, there's plenty of stuff in the store, but inventory was definitely down. And on top of all, the one big plus to this Walmart was that it sold Royal Oak lump charcoal. No longer. It appears it is solely a Kingsford house now. I shop here a decent amount. It's one of the only options in this town. The last few times I was there, though, the produce section really said volumes. At one visit, I was shopping and looking at apples. In one bin, there was an apple sitting on top of the rest, having a few big bites taken out of it. I know, this says more about WM's clientele than it does the store, but doesn't anyone check this stuff? Another time, I was buying grapefruit. I reached down and stopped due to the sickening white mass of mold growing inside the bag. Needless to say, I skipped that bin. Again, no one checks? I do like the self-service checkouts, when they are working, because I get to skip dealing with cashiers who are busy talking to each other while doing their job, or the listless attitudes of those who can't yap while ringing me up. The rest of the place is clean, like others say, so produce and cashiers are the biggest drawbacks. read more

Earlier tonight I was at the Vineland Walmart in Vineland New Jersey ZIP code 08360 I was joking around with a friend of mine while I was riding around on my mobility scooter and he was in a Walmart electric shopping cart I was playing some country music through my Bluetooth speaker that he's my friend to embarrass him a little bit there's nothing vulgar or offensive about the music out of the corner of my eye a tall white male with a bald head wearing a yellow vest approached and demand I acknowledge him I didn't know who this individual was but apparently he is a rent-a-cop from Brosnan Security he demanded I leave the store I asked him for a reason he would not give me one eventually after being outside for nearly 15 minutes in the cold without a jacket while I was waiting for my friend to finish your shopping a Walmart representative came outside would not look me in the eye acted like she had better things to do than to talk to me straight up I did not get an actual reason for why I was told to leave the store I feel like in Subway I was discriminated against for playing country music I was in the store for quite some time and yes I was playing other types of music besides country I was playing some rock including kiss AC DC I think some Metallica not one person or a store employee had anything bad to say about the music and I kept it mid-range wasn't very loud except for the few seconds I was teasing my friend show I would like to know for what reason did this run a cop throw me out of the store and once again he did not identify himself as a security guard I saw no markers or identifying insignias or anything saying Security on his person all I saw was a person wearing a yellow reflective vest I thought he was a crossing guard to be honest or a tow truck driver like how am I supposed to know someone is security and he say I didn't attempt to stop my mobility scooter they don't stop on a dime they're not like the ones at the Walmart store so I don't know what his attitude was about except for being a rent-a-cop as long as that Walmart in Vineland New Jersey has a rental cop Security Agency I will not return to that store I am boycotting the Vineland Walmart read more

The service here was awful, I was looking for a simple hockey stick, and I asked one employee named Abner where it was, as I was in the sports section, and he stated the obvious, "there's a couple aisles here for sports things." I normally don't expect much from any Walmart in general and typically try to avoid going to them BUT I had to go this time . So my fiancé needed to get some fabric and it literally took 22 min to find someone but they didn't know how to cut and label it so after them looking for another worker to help after ten minutes they said no in the whole store knew how to cut and scan the fabric. Not the first time I've noticed they've been way under staffed but definitely the one of the worse times. Long before the "pandemic" I used Walmart grocery pick-up. During the "pandemic" I continued to use them because I work at a high risk place and didn't want to possibly expose the public to any "germs" I may be inadvertently carrying. Now mind you-I would never let them pick my meat or produce--it is Walmart, but the service was pretty convenient and surprisingly accurate. Alas, this was too good to be true. Now-the pickers are lazy-they don't even attempt to find what you ordered. Twice I have ordered simple items, went to pick them up, and am told they are out of stock. I then parked around front, went into the store and located the "out of stock" items. Hmmm. And don't believe the BS about "well, it wasn't in stock at the time...blah, blah, blah." They lie. Also, they will give you items that are getting ready to expire. Literally the stuff in the back that is getting ready to be discarded or sent back to the distributor. I've received milk that was expiring the next day. Bread, too. It's ignorant. I try not to shop at Walmart; the clientele and Walmart's business practices are no bueno. But there are a few things I must get there. This being a one-horse town and all. I will continue to do the majority of my grocery shopping at Lidl. It's clean with great meat & produce. And much nicer customers. My advice-only use Walmart pick up if #1- you just don't have time to shop yourself, #2 -you have underlying health conditions and really shouldn't be out right now, #3-you're only getting a few non-perishable items. Otherwise you're probably going to either NOT receive what you ordered or you're going to receive nearly expired items. If you're thinking about actually going in and shopping here--hahaha. Good luck. There are NEVER enough registers open. I have had to call the store from my phone WHILE IN LINE and ask a manager to open additional lines. All while employees mill about doing nothing. I typically don't like to leave reviews but since I am standing in line in the photo depart the for the last 30 minutes, I think it's worth telling the public how disorganized and understaffed this store is. I simply wanted to pickup the photo at online checkout. When I got here, (after receiving my notification that the order is ready) the electronic associate could not find my order and had a checkout line of 20 people. Then, he just leaves and does not come back for 20 min. (There was no help and only one associate was working at the department) This is the last time I will be using Walmart for photo printing, and if I can help it, I will shop at other stores. By the history of reviews and the fact that customer service has not improved for years, I very much doubt that management looks at the reviews. The customer service desk has a bunch of the rudest customer service associates I ever seen. I wanted to exchange my baby's clothes to the size she needs, because they was a gift. I didn't have a receipt, as it was a gift. All I wanted to do was get a size bigger, same styles. These idiots told me I couldn't cause I didn't have a receipt and the merchandise is over 10 dollars. OK. I'm not trying to return it for a refund. Just do a even exchange. Oh no, they can't do it with out a receipt. Bullshit. Let me talk to the manager. She supposedly was the manager. Well to make a long story short, I drove across town to the Millville Walmart. Don't you know, they was fine with me doing the exchange, no problem. And they was very nice. 3 returns a year without a receipt?? Now I'm "flagged?" Really? You couldn't pay me to shop in this store again. I was returning $75 worth of products...3 items. All of which are WALMART BRAND PRODUCTS, so they know its theirs and you wanted me to leave with it? Refused to take the retrn???? I was going to get store credit and spend it in the store, but since you "flagged" me from returning- I searched my purse. Guess what? Found a receipt for 2 items worth $55 which I paid CASH for.
