There's an art to it that Teet's mama never showed him (her). The other things I ordered were Walmart quality meat. I can get tasso here that's better than this. Hell, I can MAKE tasso that's better than this. Nothing was awful. Don't get me wrong. If you are in Rhode Island and want to experiment with Cajun food, order away! If you are from anywhere within 300 miles of Basille, stay away.
