    Better than some, not as good as some, this Walmart was "A-OK." Busy and with a mask mandate still in effect at least through my visit here, it was disappointing to see so many people flouting the requirement. Of course, Walmart doesn't enforce it or even suggest anything to customers. So I was in, out and done as quickly as possible. I found that most of what I wanted was in stock in the beverage and snacks, plus a couple of items in the RV/auto section. Every day low prices.     I bought a cupcake cake for my moms 66th Bday. She did amazing. I will forever get my cupcakes and cakes there. Thank you she was sooo pleased!!

    Out of stock on almost all of their mobile accessories

    If you come needing something it'll be out of stock. If you check online first and it shows it's in stock I can guarantee it will still be out of stock. The employees don't give a damn and refuse to help you and on top of that the store is always messy. Also products are often mispriced and ring up at the wrong price. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere the store in Shelby NC sucks!

    Great customer service is always a plus and well stocked! No one hesitates to help when needed. The store is always clean.

We were extremely pleased with the quality and selection of dresses, for both occasions, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. It was like watching a scene from Pretty Woman! They catered to my fiancée, and even though she looked stunning in every dress they brought, finally the difficult choice was made, and the absolute perfect dress was selected for the Red Carpet and Awards show. Of course, there was a little more secrecy with the wedding dresses, and they were glad to help make that special for her too. I walked out of that store feeling more in love with my beautiful fiancée, and she literally danced out of there with two perfect dresses... plus, we made new friends. Cheryl and Sarah have earned places in our hearts, for making this day so special. Thanks to Carolina Bridal for a perfect day, and perfect dresses!

I paid $120 for a pair of jeans LAST WEEK, I put them on to wear them and felt they were a bit too baggy on me and don't want to wear a belt with my nice jeans. I had the original tag with me at the time of return (but who doesn't take tags off when you are going to wear something right then?) I returned to the store and the owner swears up and down I washed them (I didn't as they didn't need it because they weren't worn) and wouldn't take the perfect jeans back. There was a wrinkle in the cuff that she clams was made by washing.... I explained they were tried on then folded in my jean drawer. It wasn't a tag problem, damage problem or receipt problem, it was a hearsay issue that I apparently washed the jeans. I wasn't even asking for money back, just a size smaller.... I was told that the Jean company doesn't accept returns from her store but these jeans didn't need that, they were perfect to put on the rack. What a shame to lose reoccurring customers, I'll take my business elsewhere.

At the time of ordering, I informed the owner that I was relocating to Greensboro and needed the order in a timely manner. After payment, I received no updates regarding my order unless I personally reached out. For nearly 30 days, I waited without consistent communication, confirmation, or follow-up. The only correspondence I received was a single text notifying me that my order was ready for pickup; prior to that, there were no updates or notice of delays. Because of the delay and lack of communication, I requested a refund from Jill Uniforms. Around the same time, I had placed a similar order with Heidi's Uniforms, which was ready for pickup in less than seven days. Because of Heidi's quick turnaround, when I responded to Jill Uniforms' text, I mistakenly thought I was replying to Heidi rather than to Jill, as I had been waiting on an update for so long. I acknowledged to the owner, Tabitha, that this was an error on my part, but my views regarding the experience remain the same. The owner has refused to issue a refund, even though my order was not delivered within an acceptable turnaround time. Because I am unable to request a partial refund through my merchant, I arranged for my maternal grandmother to pick up the order once the weather cleared. This was my first time doing business with this company, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Paying in advance and being left without updates for nearly a month is unacceptable, and the refusal to refund under these circumstances reflects poor customer service. I am sharing this review so that other customers can make informed decisions before placing orders.

    My daughter is a nurse working with COVID patients . She has a 10 month old son and on her day off…read moretoday, she graciously agreed to go with me to SDF to purchase 25 scrub jackets that I needed for work. The three of us go into the store and were greeted with "we don't normally let children in here right now because of COVID. We don't want them touching things that nurses with COVID have touched." I wanted to ask why anyone with COVID was allowed in the store but I knew she meant nurses who work with COVID patients. Anyway, she then had to look at another lady to get permission for "the child" to stay. The lady very rudely said "we will accept no responsibility" so at that point the tones of these two ladies let me know they would prefer we take the child out, which I did without any hard feelings. I understood their policy and exited the store leaving my daughter to shop for herself some new scrubs. I would go in when she finished for the 25 jackets. In just a few minutes, she came out of the store very hurt and angry. She came out and said that with her standing close by these ladies begin talking about the two of us and how people just dont understand. Well, ladies, let me assure you, we understand! Abby lives it every day when she goes to work! She comes home to her son, and even though taking all precautions when she gets home, knows there is still always a risk. This has been her life since March! Ladies, we know the risk in every move we make! Let me just say that it wasn't the policy that bothered us - we get it! But in this time of great confusion and anxiety, a kinder, gentler request to wait outside would have been nice. But to know how a COVID nurse, who lives this scary life every day she works was talked about so rudely when she was right there hearing it was beyond disgraceful. To treat this woman who puts her and her family's life on the line each time she enters her workplace shows little regard for her as a human being, but more importantly for the sacrifice she makes every day for human kind! Thank goodness for God's grace to us in the midst of it all! And thank goodness for the Scrub Shack!
