COB IN ELECTRONICS: My fiancé was coming to meet me by the restrooms in the back of the store when a guy in electronics approached her giving her compliments. She felt uncomfortable so ignored him he continued to follow her to the bathroom and when she knocked on the door for me to hurry because she felt uncomfortable (I was in the family restroom) he realized she was with someone and walked off. She told me what happened when I came out of the bathroom. This dude is weird to proceed to follow a female to the restroom when she is clearly uncomfortable and not interested. He had a name tag that read COB. When I confronted him I was very frustrated and I did raise my voice at him by the time I came back to get his name he had already told his manager a different story of what occurred and she started getting upset with me "all of this because he asked what color her hair is, they can be trespassed if they come back here" he never even asked her hair color but of course this is what he told his manager. (She has natural red hair by the way, so this question would have made no sense anyhow) Security was approaching as we were walking away. I told security to roll the cameras back and he would see this creep following her to the bathroom after she continued to ignore him. Security gave us no problem at all. I was very upset so I was loud and I did use vulgar language (I assume this is why security was called) but this is not the first time something like this has occurred involving this individual. He's made many young women feel uncomfortable. If you've read this far thank you. I just want everyone to be aware of COB in elections and I hope someday the manager will take initiative to do something about this individual making women feel uncomfortable. I have gone to multiple stores in Searcy to find a bathing suit that fits. I am so disappointed in the way the White county excludes women. My last resort was to go to the Walmart Supercenter. The aisles were very bare and i had little to choose from. After being let down, i was ready to just go home. As most women know, it's very hard to love your body in all its forms, and shopping can be an emotional experience. Once i was ready to leave the attendant then asked if i found anything, the answer was no. To that she responded "We just don't have much for ladies your size" and scrunched her face at me. That hurt so deeply. Whether i was skinny, or large, women should be made to feel confident in their skin. I'm very disappointed in the service. Thursday Jan 26th 2023, 8 32pm Check cashing issue i have cashed proably 15 checks at this location personal two party check my pay for private care i performed. i am in the health care profession. Arkansas driver lic with picture id on it, name on lic Sandra james, Name on check Sandy James. Never had a proablem befor all checks cashed no issues, but tonight i was waited on by a female employee working service counter who decided seance name was not the same on my driver lic she would not cash it. even tho picture clearly shows her that it is me she still refused. i asked her why i never had a proablem befor many had been cashed there same with sandy james name on check she said she did not care that she was not. so here i am i need gas and gro and cant get either because couldnt get a check cashed that this very location has cashed many many times befor is way i went there. now im beyond upset and here is why, you can not count on a business/walmart to be consistant with there polyces and project customer service in a good positive way. with walmart you can not count on anything from a customer perspective, not one employee follows the same rules and guidelines as another, and customer service well thats not inportant that is a thing of the past . i choose not to spend my money in walmart i due not need the bad experence. life to short. i choose to spend my money where it might be apreciated.. read more
