What type of business are you running?? Missing out on a lot of money doing people like that. If you're lazy, just say you're lazy & stop taking people's orders. Laziness is killing people! If I weren't going to make it, just gimme another excuse like y'all always do!! Why didn't you use your usual excuse? We're outta meat/we are out of bread!! Why even take the order??

I tried it and was amazed. My favorite is the cheese steak. It's the absolute best, so juicy and cheesy and full of flavor. Their pizza is obviously made with fresh ingredients and the fried chicken is seasoned to perfection. We eat food from here at least 10 times a month!

I got a large bag of Peanut M&M's and 2 bags of Bbq potato chips for my trip. I got the Utz brand Smokin' Sweet BBQ and the BBQ Ripple one. I have to say I liked the Smokin' Sweet BBQ better. I never had these before. Last time I got Tom's which we used to get as a kid. They don't carry Tom's in Las Vegas except at one sandwich shop I go to every once in a while. The grocery store was clean as always and everyone was nice. This time there was no gospel music playing over the loud speaker like it was the last time I was here about 3 years ago. The parking lot was also clean. It's good to see the older places still around and loyal shoppers using them. I grew up in Bennettsville , SC and visit friends and family in Laurinburg for a couple days before heading off to Myrtle Beach.

How to lose a good customer over less than a dollar! I often…read moreshop at Burney True Value Hardware as it is convenient and I have always liked to support local businesses over the chains like Home Depot and Lowes. Today, was my FINAL shopping experience at Burney. I had purchased a few screws for a project a week or so ago and didn't need them. Today, I tried to return them and buy some more items. I thought I had the receipt in the bag but I did not seem to have it with me. I asked if I could return them without the receipt. The total for the four screws was a whopping .82. I was told that they couldn't return them without the receipt as they have hundreds of SKU numbers and they wouldn't know which one I was returning. This made logical sense until I looked at my bag a little further. The gentleman that helped me pick out the screws didn't seem to write down the SKU number on my bag! How was it rung up when I purchased it? I assume by some generic key that charged me the .82, the same generic key that could have refunded my .82! Sorry Burney you lost me for good over this one, shame on your staff!

The tech called Stihl and sent them pictures trying to get them to deny doing the warranty. The saw had a scratch from where it sits on my trailer. The tech told Stihl I did some crazy stuff when he didn't even know. So Stihl denied it. I called Stihl and they told me they don't know why the tech called and sent them pictures trying to get it denied but they said yea clear warranty problem. I've emailed the store several times trying to speak with a manager and the won't respond. They kept my saw for two months before they called me and said we can't fix under warranty.
