I brought my pre-teen daughters here on October 11, 2025 to pick out fall-inspired clothes since they are growing faster than I can keep up with plus the chillier seasons are approaching. Those two found some really nice clothes for a very affordable prices. They were employees walking around, tidying up and re-organizing everything. The dressing rooms were fine, not overwhelmingly scattered with clothes. This famous retail store is located in the same area as the North Plains Mall, but there's no access to the mall inside. Ample parking.

We weren't greeted when we came in even though I made eye contact and smiled at an employee. Eventually I was asked if I needed assistance. At first I was just looking, then remembered to look for an Ozzie shirt. The only one they had was with Ozzie flipping the bird. I can't wear that around town or my family without facing repercussions. So I asked if they had any others. They didn't. This 10.11.2025 visit fell flat.

I first asked associate Brian for help and not only did he direct us to where they are but also he double checked with his manager to make sure his information was still up to date. Then I went to the checkout with Ime and she went above and beyond and even wrote down my number to call and see if they did find more totes. Then she found an extra one for me! Then I passed By Brooklyn on the other checkout side and she gave us more spots to check because she saw how we wanted more totes. Making sure we covered every inch of the place. Plus she was really nice and understanding. I am beyond impressed with the customer service here and I will return again soon.
