Every time I go here it's nothing but chaos, the employees are either rude as hell or just flat out ignore you. The other customers act so entitled and just stand in the way of every isle. The locations of every product in the store don't make any sense. You'd think bacon would be with pork correct? No it's with "breakfast" food. And almost every time if not every damn time I see some entitled person with their little dogs in the cart, which are obviously not service dogs. Which is not only nasty but a health code violation!! I don't want to put my food or even my child in a cart that's had a nasty dirty dogs butthole sitting in it. And because it's so common at this location I highly doubt the employees are managers say anything. This is honestly the most overstimulating Walmart I've ever been to! read more

I'm usually happy with Walmart. However on 08/03/2024 I bought a small plant that had a large yellow sticker with black letters the plant was reduced fron $9.97 to $4.00. I was charged the full price. I know it wasn't intentioal. I didn't notice until I got home. From now on, I'll make sure I check my receipt. read more

I want to compliment one of your employees in the Pontiac Walmart. Georgette spent at least a half hour with me on the phone helping me find a dinosaur onesie for Halloween. The website said that store had 4, but despite repeated attempts, she was unable to find it. She got another lady (I didn't get her name) to help her look (big thank you to her too!), & they found it! It was important to me because my grandson loves dinosaurs. Also, I was calling from Dwight, so I didn't want to make a wasted trip 40 miles round trip. Georgette took the costumes in the 2 sizes I asked for to Customer Service where I picked them up to try on. Sadly, I didn't get to meet Georgette in person, but I left her a note thanking her. In this world where so many people want to do less than the minimum required in their jobs, Georgette is a great employee! Thank you again, so much! read more

Went to TLE here, thought the female manager was rude when she refused us service because of the holiday even though they were open. Intold her that we had new tires put on in Watertown South Dakota with no mention about lug nuts having any problems than suddenly 2 weeks later at an oil change in Lafayette IN the service guy said that all the lug nuts were stripped. Amd that they did not have new lig nuts to replace them with at the time. Bought some new ones and brought to this store but refused me service because its the weekend holiday and she said no stores were open if they broke a stud as if they were planning on it? Therefore, they could not help us until Tuesday because breaking a stud was a for sure thing? I said we dont live around there was traveling many miles through this town and if we keep driving the situation will be no different for us? and worse because we would be farther away from big city possibly for repairs and we need to tow a 5,000 camper and is dangerous to drive with stripped lug nuts? read more

This will likely be my only visit, as I'm from Chicago -but stopped here on the way back from St. Louis. Walmart really is a godsend on a long road trip because sometimes you need something, anything -to break up a monotonous drive through corn, corn and more corn! This was early morning on Labor Day and I wanted a few healthy snacks to get by until we approached civilization (aka Chicago suburbs). This store was clean and like any other Walmart -all the standard products. No issues -we were in and out in about 10 minutes! read more

Worst Walmart in the area. Dozens of employees standing around doing nothing. Took 20 minutes for someone to open the ammo cabinet. Once all the ammo was laid out on the counter and my foid checked I was then informed that everyone in my party must have a foid. It's corporate policy the morbidly obese checkout girl proclaimed. What a mess. There are people that shop for customers HANDICAPPED RIDING AROUND AND THE REGULAR SHOPPERS. Not good people running into each other. When you start to pick up something other people trying to pick up theirs. SOME PEOPLE ACTUALLY GET HIT BY handicapped. My husband has. Excellent customer service. Somebody actually walked up to me and offered assistance. Self serve check out is quick. Bought tires and a ver reasonable price. Goodyear, top. Not Joe's tires either. The only disappointment is that they do not price match. Everything is organized and cleaned up. More upscale Costco type choices. 200 percent improvement since my first review several years ago. read more

I went to Pontiac service department for a oil change on my 92 silveraldo with a 4.3 first they lied an said they had no filter for my truck so I went an got one off the shelf an was told they still couldn't change the oil cuz no one knows how to drive a standard trans. wtf I needed tires along with it well wal fart you lost my business read more
