All size sections were clearly labeled with large signage and each section had tons stocked (especially for infant sizing). You could honestly spend over an hour here checking out all of the inventory. I felt that most items were pretty fairly priced (lots of toddler tees were only $2.59). I lucked out and had my first visit be on a sale day. It started at everything would be 30% off and as the day went on every couple of hours the discount would jump up. It then went to 40% and ended at 50% all merchandise. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will most definitely be returning.

We came back the day after Christmas and was told I could not exchange for the exact same hat the next size up. I explained what I was told and got laughed at and told no one would have told me I could exchange an hat. I described the woman who helped me while I was ignored and shoved aside so he could ring up other people. I asked if a manager could help and was told he is the manager. I asked to speak to another manager and was told no and laughed at and then told to leave the store. This company doesn't care about their customers at all. It's truly an outdoor mall, featuring a lot of national brands on the main strip. There are big box stores outlining the mall, like Dicks, TJMaxx, Jc Penny etc. I like the offering. There is also some gyms, activities, esthetics, and more. My only complaint is the parking is less than desirable with a lot of one way parking strips.

My wife wanted to buy me some Docker's pants for Christmas and we decided to try this JC Penny's. Since it is in Town Center, parking was definitely not a problem. We were greeted at the entry and given "surprise" discount cards. They had a good selection of Docker's and we found what we wanted at a great price. When walking around we found some great discounts on Hagar pants, flannel shirts, and cold weather jackets so they went into the shopping basket as well. Checkout was fast, efficient and friendly. The clerk ran us up in two separate purchases so we could use both discount cards. And the final price was a LOT cheaper than I expected. The store definitely had some great holiday discounts. JC Penny's has gotten a bad reputation over the years so I was somewhat reluctant to shop there. But we had a great experience since on this visit we received friendly service from every employee we encountered, good selection of the things we wanted, and nice discounts. I was going to give it 4 stars, but as I wrote this review I realized we had a 5 star visit so changed my overall rating.
