Very disappointing interaction with an employee. The Walmart app said there were filters in the store in aisle, four, seasonal area. But that was candy now so they had obviously been moved. We went back by the clearance section and didn't see them. There's an employee named Cindy working in that area so I asked her if her little machine was more updated than the app. And she looked in the aisles I was in and said they must've sold out. She would not look in her handheld device. I went to the Pool area to get some other items and the filters were on the shelf. Just a little disappointing for Customer Service. read more

I have to honestly say it's just like any other WALMART so if you like Walmart, you will really like shopping here. It's neat. It's organized and clean and probably price just as much as everyone else and I would not grocery shop there anymore. I find that save a lot is a lot cleaner has more bargains and the food is just as fresh and just as nice and just as, clean inside and out easy parking and it's never crowded like Walmart read more

I like Walmart a lot because they have good food. They sell Taylor Swift albums there and they have pretty good make up.

Don't have Apple Pay, have to use "Walmart pay" what if I don't carry my card? Apple Pay is used for so much now. Recommend getting it.

It's Wal Mart if you don't expect a lot you are not disappointed. They are out of stock a lot and when you find something you like you never see it again. I really hate the order pickers always in the way when you try to get to an item. Can't they limit hours the order pickers are allowed to work? They won't get out of the way. Prices have been up daily it seems. I try to avoid Wal Mart but they are about the only thing in town. I do go to Chippewa more now. read more

Might be good for some things but absolutely do not buy electronics at any Walmart. They do not stand behind the products

AVOID doing any online shopping for pick up the New Castle location. They tell you that your order will be ready for pick up then as you are leaving to pick up your order they email you to tell you that the order has been cancelled. Go to either the Walmart in Chippewa in Beaver Falls or Hermitage. Sam Walton would be rolling over in his grave if knew about the way his customers were treated. read more

Walmarts prices are ridiculous and their products are cheaply made imported garbage. Shop elsewhere and you'll save money. Not to mention everyone in the store is miserable. But I guess when you earn 5.00 and hour that's the way that it is. SAD read more

I was in a Walmart on March 1st and had a debit of $133.21 taken out of my account with a purchase. That was fine except they did it twice for the same purchase! So now I have $266.42 out off my account. An extra trip to the store and an hour wait to speak to the lady in accounting, I was told it could take up to 10 days for the amount to be credited back into my account! I am a disabled senior who lives on a small amount each month. $133.21 means something to me. Walmart is a multimillion dollar company. I`m sure that amount is less than a drop in the bucket. This was none of my fault, yet I am the one to suffer. I have automatic payments come out . If I am overdrawn because of this Walmart error, are they going to pick up the charge? I think it should have been returned immediately. read more

Generally speaking we don't usually shop at WalMart but considering it's the closest "superstore" in the area, our options are pretty limited for one stop shopping. We moved from south Florida in August and quickly realized that people here are so much nicer than back home but WalMart too? Oh yea, I was shocked! This store is stocked well, clean, organized and the staff is very nice. NOTHING like any WalMart in south Florida. Thank goodness. read more

I got tires on 11/23/14 and they charged me for disposal when I took the tire.. that's why I'm not giving them a 5 star rating. But I got a flat tire on 12/6/14! Luckily I had purchased the insurance for the tires! I went in without my receipt and they took care of me. Carson was very friendly and sympathetic! And I'll definitely come back again. I live closer to two other locations. But I'll make the drive out here for the customer service :) read more

I am disabled have a hard time shopping due to not being able to stand up to reach things I take my service dog with me and she pulls me so that it's easier to get around places this walmart when we went in meaning my dog and I we went straight to customer service and asked if a walmart employee could help me shop they have helped me three times now the people are great also the one time i was unsure when the bus was coming and my phone died i forgot to charge it the one man who worked there used his phone and called the bus company to find out for me they have been wonderful the two women who work there that helped me were tina and sally then the one day i bought something that i needed for the way home and was unable to put it together my self an employee of walmart actually put it together for me. they are really great. giant eagle won't even tell me how to work there app and walmart will help me get around and then people complain about them why would anyone complain about the nice people who help us with disabilities who can't get there shopping done with out them. i will never say that they are bad because they are good in so many ways. read more

i live in new castle, however i do my best to avoid our Walmart at any cost. I would rather drive to Sharon or even butler to avoid going in. It's crowded and dirty. I hope you never have to go to the bathroom! read more

WalMart is not cheep other then in the quality of there goods as it the you get what you pay for there and that not always a good thing as WalMart is so powerful they tell manufactures to cut quality and they do as it very easy to cut cost if cut quality parts but it also heavily cut into mean time before failure and the edge of safety with substandard parts read more

Cheap prices. Lots of things Made In China.The food is starting to get expensive. They have a good selection. They don't have enough cash registers open. I spend a lot of money here. Their return policy is hit and miss. I kept exchanging an item because it kept breaking. They returned it a couple times without a receipt. Then they said no more. read more
