There was literal human feces on the floor. No one cleaning anything. Really, sad walmart.

This is a large store with a variety of Walmart selections. The store was clean. The parking lot is huge. That's all the positives to report. The staff are horrible. Every staff member seemed like they didn't want to be there. They just wandered around trying to avoid being bothered. Boxes of items that need to be shelved were stacked in different aisles.... Products were not in the correct place so the price tags didn't match. You have to find a scanner to confirm the price. Other products were thrown onto a shelf .. so items were all mixed together in a heap. The changing rooms are a mess. There was a giant pile of clothing just stacked up on a table or something (couldn't see) When we asked to try on clothes to a staff member standing behind the counter at the changing rooms: She didn't respond to us at all. She yelled out to another person. The second person (staff) came around finally. She looked at us and said " I always leave 6 open. Use that". And then walked away. Not one person made eye contact let alone say hello. The 2nd street location is so friendly, I guess it's because they like their jobs.

I shop here regularly and I just about always have a pleasant experience. I find it to be a better time just by being friendly to the workers myself and they in-turn are friendly to me. Makes for a much better experience for all of us. True, sometimes I do have a problem with things being out of place or not stocked, but you tell me any store that does not occasionally have that happen. Fact of life....no store is perfect, but this store is pretty much a great place to shop! read more

This place seems to need a personnel overhaul. So many workers there just want to collect a paycheck without doing anything close to their jobs. Tiffany is the only person I know of there who gives a sh** about the customer or the store. Shit it down or clean it up, Walmart!! read more

Just when I think the customer service couldn't get any worse they surprise me with worse!!! Nobody answers the phone and then they are rude about answering your questions in the store and On the phone and returning an item is extremely difficult my son got two of the same games for christmas we tried to exchange one but they refused to do it without a receipt which he didn't have because it was a gift so I called them to see why they can't just exchange it for another and three times I was hung up on and they just don't care about the people that spend money in the store and the amount of rude people that work there seems to be the majority of the store I have pretty much completely stopped shopping there I use places like Walgreens and Winn Dixie where I may pay a few dollars more but trust me they make up for it customer service read more

Like most all walmarts, no customer service ..tried calling, several times, never able to speak with an associate.

Don't go there,if you're looking for good Customer Service! They seem to hire a lot of people with ZERO customer service skills!!
