I have had a terrible experience with Walmart delivery service in the past month. I have had four grocery deliveries go to the wrong house a coffee pot that I ordered went to the wrong house and icemaker that I ordered the wrong one was sent. I am totally dissatisfied with Walmart delivery service and I will not be renewing my Walmart membership once it has expired. read more

I bought a 85" tv off them and paid over 120$ for there angi service to install my tv for me. The last two days my appointments to have my tv installed has been canceled by the company because they keep saying they cant find a technician to come install my tv. My 85" tv has been leaning against my living room wall now for 2 days in hopes my cat wont clime on the tv and break it. The prices for the tv instalments are way to high for the company to keep canceling on me. I would not recomend paying the price to have tvs or anything installed by the company walmart partners with. read more

No matter the department at this WalMart Location you can always guarantee No customer service and if you do get help it's With A RUDE ATTITUDE from an employee. Shop at Aldi or other discount grocery stores. We are canceling two Pre-Paid 1 year WalMart + accounts based on the rude service I experienced today. read more

I ordered an item online (wall mounted basketball hoop). It came with missing pieces (mounting hardware and instructions). I called the store and Cole made it possible for me to just come in and pick up the missing pieces without having to package the whole thing up to do a return. He was courteous and helpful. I don't usually leave reviews, but this deserves a good one! read more

I went into Walmart in Logansport In on 6/11/22 @ 7:30 pm I shopped around and then when I went to check out I was told I would have to go to self checkout they were shutting ALL registers I asked for someone to check me out I had a basket full of items I was told that I would have to go to.self check out I told them I didn't like using self check out was told they were shutting registers down cause they had to get ALL the kids out before a certain time. I asked to talk to a manager was told by a kid named Logan He was the highest in charge at that time. My husband explained we wanted someone to check us out he told us we had to use self check out that no one was going to check us out why??? I had went to a family function in Logansport. I went to kill some time before I headed south (Greenwood) The store did not seem that big. It looked like it a scale down store. What do you expect? It's boring Logansport for you lol read more

Has helpful customer service department, (I needed help with photos) restrooms are newer and generally clean for the most part the last 2 years. Bakery always has someone there during the day who can do cakes. Our regular grocery staples are always in stock, even around holidays. This Walmart delays clearance pricing, meaning you will find other Walmart stores ANYWHERE else reducing seasonal and having better clearance pricing faster than this location. My one gripe is their Vision Center. The Dr. is professional, but a certain staff member needs to not give medical assumptions, advice or finite decisions without a Dr. first completing an eye exam. Fairly priced considering I was able to get in immediately. $79 with no eye glasses purchased. You may have problems with your chip card here as well on a regular basis. Not a dirty neighborhood Walmart but I have seen much nicer but again I have seen way way worse where security guards are ever-present. Workers in general seem nicer compared to some Walmart locations. read more
