I bought a 85" tv off them and paid over 120$ for there angi service to install my tv for me. The last two days my appointments to have my tv installed has been canceled by the company because they keep saying they cant find a technician to come install my tv. My 85" tv has been leaning against my living room wall now for 2 days in hopes my cat wont clime on the tv and break it. The prices for the tv instalments are way to high for the company to keep canceling on me. I ordered an item online (wall mounted basketball hoop). It came with missing pieces (mounting hardware and instructions). I called the store and Cole made it possible for me to just come in and pick up the missing pieces without having to package the whole thing up to do a return. He was courteous and helpful. I went into Walmart in Logansport In on 6/11/22 @ 7:30 pm I shopped around and then when I went to check out I was told I would have to go to self checkout they were shutting ALL registers I asked for someone to check me out I had a basket full of items I was told that I would have to go to.self check out I told them I didn't like using self check out was told they were shutting registers down cause they had to get ALL the kids out before a certain time. I asked to talk to a manager was told by a kid named Logan He was the highest in charge at that time. My husband explained we wanted someone to check us out he told us we had to use self check out that no one was going to check us out why??? Has helpful customer service department, (I needed help with photos) restrooms are newer and generally clean for the most part the last 2 years. Bakery always has someone there during the day who can do cakes. Our regular grocery staples are always in stock, even around holidays. This Walmart delays clearance pricing, meaning you will find other Walmart stores ANYWHERE else reducing seasonal and having better clearance pricing faster than this location. My one gripe is their Vision Center. The Dr. is professional, but a certain staff member needs to not give medical assumptions, advice or finite decisions without a Dr. first completing an eye exam. Fairly priced considering I was able to get in immediately. $79 with no eye glasses purchased. You may have problems with your chip card here as well on a regular basis. Not a dirty neighborhood Walmart but I have seen much nicer but again I have seen way way worse where security guards are ever-present. Workers in general seem nicer compared to some Walmart locations. read more

Terrible customer service. Never enough cashiers and the ones that are working are rude. Staff does not know product's or where they where they are located in store. Product selection limited. Hard to find anything you need. Have to drive out of town to get anything. read more
