This Walmart delays clearance pricing, meaning you will find other Walmart stores ANYWHERE else reducing seasonal and having better clearance pricing faster than this location. My one gripe is their Vision Center. The Dr. is professional, but a certain staff member needs to not give medical assumptions, advice or finite decisions without a Dr. first completing an eye exam. Fairly priced considering I was able to get in immediately. $79 with no eye glasses purchased. You may have problems with your chip card here as well on a regular basis. Not a dirty neighborhood Walmart but I have seen much nicer but again I have seen way way worse where security guards are ever-present. Workers in general seem nicer compared to some Walmart locations.

They have closed the drive through window. while waiting in the line I hear people talking about the fact that they have been trying to get their prescriptions with no success. The woman in front of me in line looked so miserable due to having all her teeth extracted a week ago and this was her second try at getting her medicine for pain at this pharmacy! She got up to the counter (after her 45 min. wait in line) just to hear that the medicine was not all ready, and they were still working on one prescription! It is obvious that this pharmacy does not care about their customers needs - many with real pain or health issues requiring regular medication. I will know that they truly appreciate their customers when CVS fixes their poor customer service issues in the pharmacy. I will need to go back to pick up my husband's medication again and I am dreading it. Making the kind of money they make on drugs across this country, there should never be a wait or inconvenience to the customers paying for high cost of their medications.

Lied to me about pick up time not once but three times and argued with me when I questioned them…read morewhy. I called last Sat for a inhaler. I was told the doctor had called it in but wouldn't be here till Monday at about noon. I went in at noon and the girl at the counter told me they didn't have it ready but check back ion half hour. (I was working all the way across town this day). I asked why was I told last Sat it would be ready at noon, she couldn't answer the question and asked "who told you thaT?" I said I didn't think I needed to ask that question. She then said come back in half hour, as I turned away she made a heavy sigh as if to suggest I was the problem. I turned and said to her to stop with the attirtude it was Krogers fault not mine. I came back about 2hrs later (again leaving my job) I went to the drive up, as soon as they realized it was me someone came on and asked "Does it make you feel like a big man to talk down to the counter help?" I said does it make you feel big talking to me this way. She said script wasn't put in correctly by my doctor, told me to contact my doctor. I went by doctors office and told them what was happening. I waited until they called and said they talked to Megan the tech and Emily the pharmacist. I went back hours lat at about 5pm to the drive through. I was then told by Meagan that they did not have the inhaler it would be in tomorrow morning, I asked what time specifically, She said come back about noon. They obviously want me to go away and have no concern for my health. I am filing a grievance with State Board of Pharmacy and calling corporate headquarters of Kroger as well.
