Visited the Super Walmart in Kokomo, and the size of this place definitely stands out right away. It's a huge location with just about everything you'd expect, making it convenient when you need to knock out multiple errands in one stop. Parking was abundant, so getting in and out wasn't a hassle at all. Inside, the store feels spacious, though a few areas were a little cluttered and could use better organization. The biggest downside for me was the restroom. They were available but not clean during my visit, which was disappointing. Checkout was smoother than I expected, and the mix of regular lanes and self-checkout helped keep things moving. Staff wasn't always easy to find, but I eventually got the help I needed. Inventory was solid, and most essentials were fully stocked. Overall, nothing fancy, but it functions exactly the way you'd expect a Super Walmart to function. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and organization, this location could feel much stronger. Still, for convenience and variety, it works well for everyday shopping. I don't know why I continue to order delivery from this stupid store. When I say I want my order at 9pm I want it at 9pm. Then I have to go on the chat and complain to the customer service workers about it. I'm a walmart plus subscriber. I still don't know why. Do not order delivery from here. I went there today to get a tire, unfortunately the tire I need walmart is only place in town that handles them. After argueing with so called employees at tire lube express I asked for the store manager and they refused to get him or her. They said I have to wait to get tire by appointment no biggy until they said it would be 3 hours. The hell of it is I was the only customer in automotive not 1 single care in the shop nor any at all in parking lot. I will definitely never buy shit there again and will be sure all my family and friends don't either. They have a bunch of young mouthy kids that have no idea how to handle customer care. In person experience is generally pretty normal but they have terrible COVID regulations and like don't go out of their way to help :/ The reason for the 1 star rating: ordered the new Xbox online and they placed a hold on the $ for it in my bank account (which is usual!) however when they charged me after it shipped they never released the hold (therefore charging me double basically) and it was an absolutely awful experience trying to get it sorted out. They continuously told me they could see the hold that should've been released but that they couldn't figure out why and to give it time. Eventually they ended up talking to my bank and still have yet to get it figured out!! read more

This is a standard Walmart; a large selection of items at reasonable prices. The facility is relatively well-maintained; and, as with most of the franchise, the staff range from helpful to indifferent. We shop here to save money. It would be great if there was also exceptional customer service included; but as with our wishing to be younger and thinner, we're not holding our breath. This pharmacy is terrible. Customer service is a joke. They actually told me that I would have to call another walmart to update insurance info, that they would not do it. I called and they said that they could not give out that info over the phone ( as expected). They called each other and I waited for 2 hours only to have them come back and say that they didn't even have the prescription. I shop here all the time plus use to work here. They don't really like helping out customers, and most of the time you see them on their phones. Today i saw a stocking cart full of Popsicles, no one by it, out in the heated deli area... my and my husband were in there for over an hour and it was there the whole time. At this point being an ex-worker there i was going to put it away... while I'm on the subject of stuff, if they think or if you even look suspicious to them like carrying a backpack around or something, sometimes they will follow you around (also happened today). read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I brought in rolls of film to be developed from a vacation I had saved for and spent thousands on. I dropped the film off in late October 2023. I was told that I don't pay until I picked up the film and photos. I was also told that I would receive a call once they were in, which the employee who helped me said would take a few weeks. In early January I decided to go in. They had none of it. They then informed me that I wouldn't have gotten a call, they let customers know their order is ready by email. So a few days later I went back in because I found the emails. They still were unable to find my photos. I have been going back and forth with them for months. No one seems to know where my film/photos went. Two of the coaches, Kaya and Martha, basically told me that Walmart or Fuji losing my photos was my fault. I spoke with Jenny on 2/19. What Jenny told me directly contradicted what the previous employee told me. She said that they only hold the photos for 60 days, but when I asked to see where their policy says that, she told me to leave. The whole time I was having a conversation with Jenny about how to resolve this problem she would not answer any of my questions, treated me with disrespect, and was beyond rude. Kaya, Martha, and Jenny all offered me a $25 gift card. This was beyond insulting since I spent thousands on the vacation and over $60 on just the blank film. I even tried to call today to get a hold of the store manager Jessica, because Jenny told me to do that. The first employee told me that Jessica said I needed to call the corporate number or go to Walmart.com. I called back a few minutes later and multiple employees told me that now she was not in the building, that they couldn't transfer my call to her, and that they could not provide me with her email. I avoid this location like the plague. I am a Sam's Club member, and the Sam's Club across the street is wonderful. However, just because it's all owned by Wal-Mart, doesn't mean they are all the same. This Wal-Mart not only was dingy and dirty looking, but the staff here is CLUELESS. I had ordered something online and did the free ship to store option. You would think it would just be a quick trip to get it, but nope. It took 40 MINUTES. First of all, nowhere does it say where you are supposed to pick up the product. I went to customer service first, and they told me that I had to pick up the product all the way on the other side of the store. Second, when I got to the back of the store, no one was in sight. Even after pushing the button and trying to find help, it took at least 15 minutes for someone to show up. Once they did, they were clueless and had to go find someone else who knew how to ring up ship to store items. It was already paid for; they literally just had to scan it and give it to us. Is it really that hard? Anyway, after many many minutes of waiting, finally someone that knew what they were doing came around. We had asked to speak to a manager because of all of this, and none were available because they were all in a meeting. At 5pm. When things are busy. What terrible timing! Not to mention, you couldn't have one leave to assist us? When the managers came out of their meeting, we were ready to go, and they were all just standing in a group chatting with each other. Be careful if you do clicklist. Make sure you double check your order. We used the "add to existing order" button to add a couple of items and the whole order got doubled. I have done this before{add items} with no problems, but this last time for some reason there was a glitch. I wound up spending an extra $100+ on the order. I didn't notice until I got home and started unloading double of everything. I should have had the clicklist person go through every item, but I didn't since I had waited 35 minutes on my order and it had never happened before. I sent a review that night. Two days later I was told I needed to bring the extra items in to wait in line and get a refund. Some items{fruit...} they won't take back and I'm not bagging everything and waiting in line. I literally was scammed by This Wal-Mart! I purchased a Gear Fit2 Pro Smart Watch. As I was walking out to my car to excited to put it on, the watch was not in the box! I walked directly back into the store and walked to the desk to get it replaced. They told me they couldn't help me because of my story was wrong! I had to venture in here for some last minute necessities. Yes the people in here crawled out of a sewer line somewhere and yes the employees are miserable. Should people be surprised of this? No, because this is Walmart. If you need any help at all you probably wont like it here but for the basics its fine. Get in, get your stuff and leave as soon as possible.
