Your customer service, Has suffered without at least 1 full service cashier line in your store. I have to use Delivery services out of necessity, Why are your employees checking for damaged cans or expired items before they pick items for the delivery service? 1.1.25 order had multiple damaged cans, 1 of which i cannot use a regular hand held can-opener on. Good thing I have a military survival can opener that punctured the can like back in WWII. Pathetic Herkimer Walmart. This is an extremely large Walmart and I truly believe one could get easily lost in this store! Unfortunately, my cell phone reception wasn't adequate so it took me some time to gather my family. The store is spacious and there's lots of room between aisles and displays. The produce section was pleasing and the majority of items I needed, actually all but 1, were in stock. Surprisingly, I was able to purchase an item I've been having difficulty locating in my stores in South Florida. I say surprising because one would anticipate locating it in a much larger demographic than in a small town but nope! Walmart of Herkimer delivered and has Perfect protein bars well stocked. I thank you for this. The only item on my list I wasn't able to purchase is thank you cards. Don't get me wrong, the store offers a decent selection of greeting cards. Unfortunately, professional and career oriented ones are not an option so I had to visit a competitor. Self checkout stations are vast so we didn't have an extended wait. Finally, this store features many convenient services inside including but not limited to: a bank, hair salon and a Dunkin' Donuts. read more

Walmart Supercenter - Apparently, they received the memo: America runs on Dunkin'! - Grocery Near Me - Herkimer, New York

I have a big concern about this store, While in the store (7/6/22) passed out on the floor and not one employee asked if I needed help or called EMS, (I was down for over ten mins)when later I raised the concern that the employees may not have been told what to do in case of a medical emergency the man "Cory" who told us he is the district manager told us that it is not the responsibility of the store or the employees to ask if a customer is ok if they have fallen, or are in any kind distress. I know that when there is a costumer down they are supposed to call code white and see if a ambulance is needed. I later found out that "Cory" is NOT the district manager for the herkimer NY store. Please Herkimer Walmart do better, that could have ended very very badly. Please treat your costumers like people and not just a paycheck. read more

Went here to do a quick grocery stop and could not walk around this store without having rude people comment about every move made. Maybe it is just the area. Cashiers were nice, as it wasn't busy they put our groceries in the carts for us as well. read more
