First of the month shopping in our area is horrible. How so many people who can't or don't work are up shopping or having their vehicle worked on is mind boggling to me. No appointments and I was the second person here still the wait is crazy. Four tires doesn't take that long to install I've did this work but a lot faster. Maybe Walmart should look into incentive paying employees per tire installed or oil changed completed. It would give employees more incentive to get more people through. The work they do is good work and it's not the people doing the work that slows things up I don't think. Everyone here are friendly at least this time of the day. Thanks Walmart for making the savings catcher an absolute nightmare. It was my most incentive for shopping at Walmart. Not that I will quit but now I will shop around before coming to Walmart. Two hours waiting that's ridiculous!! Someone who could put in a business to compete with Walmart would be successful. read more

I visited Walmart today and went to the self checkout where I scanned my items, as I'm leaving the store I was stopped by a guy saying he's with the security team and i need to go back in. They went through my stuff and said I didn't pay for 2 items that I 100% scanned. I then asked the manager or whoever he was to check me out since he doesn't think I pay for it and he had another guy check me out. my total was $46.06 I put $20 in the machine and it glitched and was putting the rest on card. I even had the guy at the self checkout help me. Unfair treatment and I was cheated out of $20. Will not be returning to Walmart until they decide to g read more

The Wal-Mart in Hazard KY isridiculous. They refuse to answer the phone when you call to check on merchandise. They also act as though they are wasting their time trying to answer your questions. Someone needs to train the employees about customer service and how it works. read more

We just picked up our groceries here tonight and it was horrible! First they gave our groceries to someone else so we had to wait over an hour for them to redo our order. Then when we got home I noticed they gave us rotted strawberries, squished bread and a dented in tub of sour cream! read more

I've been on a near boycott of Walmart in the last year & am an official Kroger convert. My experiences with our local (Nicholasville) and one near my Dads (Dayton Mall) have left much to be desired. I've reached the point of going in only if a necessity arises. Fast forward to today, I was headed back home from Hindman and stopped for gas at the Murphy USA in front. The lady cashier/clerk was one of the friendliest Walmart employees I've encountered in a long, long time. Her name is Crystal (not sure how she spells it, I stopped at about 11:15am on May 15). If restaurants and stores had more employees like her, outings would be much more pleasant. I made sure a manager knew that they have a wonderful employee on hand, I hope she's not their only one. Maybe the Nicholasville, Lexington & Dayton Mall locations could learn from her. In a world where most people call to complain about service/employees, I felt it only right to give a kudos where it belongs. read more

I just went here to get me and my sister a bathing suit. I wear a medium and she wears an XL. The XL was 40$ for the top and bottom and the medium which was only 20$. That is absolutely ridiculous. I shouldn't have to pay more because i'm a little bigger. Get your shit together Walmart. read more

We purchased an I phone11 from supercenter in hazard about a week ago. The guy that sold us the I phone that night about dropped it out of his hand,like it wouldn't nothing.He didn't even open the box to see if the phone was scratched or open. We got home opened the box,it wasn't even wrapped in plastic,plus it had several scratches on the screen.My husband took the phone back. The same guy that waited on him was working. My husband told him about the phone,then he calls over the AT&T guy. The cashier lied to the AT&T guy,like he didn't sell my husband the phone.The Managerdidn't believe my husband,didn't want to refund our money,or just give us another phone.Poor Poor management. I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase any electronics from them. They don't stand behind their word. read more

I hate this town ,it's depressing and lonely and nothing to do. However the Walmart is literally the one place we have had in hazard .Also I have been to A lot of Walmarts and I have to say we by far have the best and , most versital Walmart I've seen literally anywhere .So 10/10 Walmart is the only reason we still have the little amount of people we do left in this town. read more

I am FURIOUS with the Tire-Center at Wal-Mart in Hazard, KY. I went over and purchased two new tires, paid to have them put on, balanced, and to have the old ones disposed of. Now, I work hard for my money, working 6 days a week, 10 hours a day. The day after I had the new tires put on my car started making a terrible noise. My husband checked the tires and three of the lug nuts were GONE!!! None, of them, were tightened down on one side. I called the tire center and they dismissed me saying that at the after 50 miles you have to re-tighten the lug nuts and it is stated on the receipt. Now, I live only 12 miles from Wal-Mart, and the math does not add up. The tire could have fallen off my car, with myself and my daughter on the road! I looked at the receipt and it does have disclaimers, however, it was not explained to me, and it also has an area where the customer is to sign that they understand. This was never offered to me now was it ever mentioned to me. I have only purchased tires at Wal-Mart for all my vehicles and this has never happened to me before. BEWARE! if you buy tires from them that the lug nuts, will need "re-torking" the next day!!!! read more
