if one where to grade Monkey Punch Based on the services they offer, i would have to give them the following grades, based on my last visit:
Repairs:
i took in my copy of Pokemon crystal to M.P. and paid to get a new save battery installed, which is a simple enough task of which i lacked the tools and supplies to do. after negotiating with the repair man ( which i will elaborate on later) he proceeded to "fix" my game, which wasnt even fixed, as upon my arrival home, i couldn't even create a save, which was what the Repair was intended to do

Used Video Games
The Pricing on alot of their used video games are NOT based on the fair market value, but the RETAIL value of the games, which is almost allways massively overpriced.
