I needed new prescription sunglasses for beach vacation. I called them to have last years eye exam sent to Sam's because they could have them back before my vacation. TAYLOR VISION refused to send over my eye exam per my request. The eye exam was not out of date but getting close. I was very upset with them refusing to release my medical records at my request. I was still willing to work with them despite this issue and scheduled an eye exam for 8:30 am in a Thursday. I was called to have my appointment cancelled 5 pm on Wednesday. I couldn't even use another vision center due to the late notification and had to explain the inconvenience to my supervisor who already scheduled for me to be out. I guess I'd be more forgiving if this was an emergency situation but they have been closed all week prior to and I didn't know. I don't recommend this business and will not be returning.

I was looking for coffee that was on sale & am not in the store often enough to know the layout. I looked in on the grocery section & didn't see it so asked one of the employees nearby. I quickly realized he was not the type of Walgreens employee I was accustomed to interacting with. With an irritated expression, he motioned towards the grocery section & said if it wasn't "over there" he would have to go to the back & look for more. With that, he walked away. Luckily , I did find the coffee & didn't have to ask for further assistance. None of the employees I encountered had the Walgreens attitude I have encountered in other stores. Very sad because Walgreens has always been a store I felt comfortable going to. I will go back when I need something but not with any expectations of getting good service.

I was informed of a previous doctor from 2023, and I switched doctors to correct the issue. They did the same thing with my current doctor. They said they informed me when they didn't, and got an attitude on the phone with me when I tried to tell them someone lied. They said they couldn't make that documentation without talking to me. Again, I told them I wasn't informed. They wouldn't listen and told me to go over 4 hours away for my medication. They didn't care. I bet they won't even look into it. Save yourself the time. Go somewhere else. It's worth it in the long run.

When I called Walmart Pharmacy and asked if my prescription was ready the lady who answered the phone got an attitude with me and said can you wait until we get our delivery after 3pm today. Well today is Thursday and I still don't have my medication. And I'm told it won't be ready until Sunday. I just hope that I don't have a mass anxiety attack and end up in the emergency room.
