I was told my order was ready to go and I could pick them up anytime. I drove in from out of town at 2:00 and they told me that the doctors had just sent them over. I gave them the time transfer and let her know Walgreens told me to pick it up. Was told to come back the next day and pick up my heart med. The next day I called Walmart to transfer the heart med over. 5:00 Walmart had called Walgreens 5 hours earlier and Walgreens refused to transfer my heart med. 2 days without heart med to Walgreens dishonestly and incompetence.

She just kept talking over me and asking me to go inside because there was a line. The same one I waited in for a long time. Either she was lazy or wasn't competent enough to understand a simple part of the process, which would make me feel even more hesitant to be getting medications from her.

I needed a time sensitive Rx, and I was running out of time to take it for a horrendously painful gout flare up. This pharmacy not only knew that it was called into a different pharmacy by mistake, but they called my insurance and knew what pharmacy had it filled and ready for pick up. In addition to being rude, they neglected to inform me so I could pick it up from the other pharmacy and take it in time. I am horrified that they could be so unprofessional.

There must be some sort of spatial time continuum wormhole thingy inside of this place because apparently it takes 30 minutes for them to go and walk back to the shelf and put it in their stupid hand and bring it to me. Unbelievable! The dude is all like, "Sir we just done have it ready." It's freaking pre-packaged dude! Just go get it. Nothing to count. Pretty simple. Just go. I'll wait here. Nope. It's gonna take 15-30 more minutes.

They almost never have enough of my meds to provide the 90 day refills that my insurance requires and then they argue when I want the remainder of the medication. I have been shorted on the number of pills in a bottle, number of Prefilled syringes in my insulin. Today I went to pick up my 90 day supply of insulin. The tech told me they only had 4 boxes. He took them to the pharmacist. She told me my insurance would only cover 2 boxes and they would not allow a 90 day supply. I asked her to recheck. She walked away and came back saying the same thing. I took the two boxes and the pharmacy closed for Lunch. I called my insurance from the store. The pharmacist never ran a request for 90 days, only 2 boxes. The insurance would cover all of the 90 day supply. The pharmacist LIED directly to my face. She hadn't ordered enough to cover what I needed and so she lied about my insurance. She could have sent me to another Walgreens that had my meds in stock. But she chose to lie. All meds together are a very high monthly amount. I think I deserve service and certainly honesty.
