My husband is of mixed heritage and stepped near the counter to walk towards me and the lady who worked the jewelry dept on Saturday oct 12th acts as if shes scared he was going to rob her, told him rudely and quickly to back off its her area and put her arms around the register.. she offended my husband was rude and so when I heard her being nasty to him as he was walking over to see what I was wanting and seen from the look on his face he had just felt humiliated I did not get the jewelry I was ready to ask my husband for.. my husband was too kind to complain to management so she wouldn't be potentially fired but if I ever witness anything like that again I will definitely be taking names read more

When I picked up my groceries after ordering them on the app an item that I ordered was not placed into my vehicle and several items that I did not order were placed into my vehicle. When I got home and I realize what had happened I called customer service which was a complete nightmare the phone rang for literally 10 minutes before someone finally answered and then I was placed on hold for another five minutes when they came back, I explained to them what had happened And I was transferred again. the phone rang again for another nearly 10 minutes when someone finally picked up it was back at the front desk the person told me that I would have to speak to someone in a different department and transferee me again it rang for another 10 minutes no one answered finally customer service at the front picked up again when I tried to explain to him what was going on he told me that he was working up front and there was nothing that he could do to help me I explain to him that someone needed to help me because the item that was not put into my vehicle was one for someone who is disabled and they are also sick I was hung up on I called back and after the phone rang for another close to 10 minutes I was told that I could just come back to the store and come to the customer service desk and when I got there they would page for someone from that department to come up front so for the second time I drove back to Walmart walked in and waited in line at the customer service desk until it was my turn and then they called someone to come up from that department. In the meantime a woman came up and said that I could just go back find the item that was missing and Bring it back to the customer service desk so I went through the store found the item went back to the customer service desk returned to them the items that were placed in my vehicle that I did not order and then I was able to leave. In the auto center.....the worst, rude people...wait, just one rude, negative, and slow person behind the counter and 7 people waiting in line. Definitely no since of urgency here. No wonder they are two hours backed up and a line running out of the auto center...oh wait, the lady just left the counter and went outside! read more

The Auto center does not tell you everything. The wait is insane. They told me my truck was ready at 7:30 at night in the winter. I went out to get in my truck and it was not there. I tried to get back in and the door was locked. I walked around the back of the auto center and it was there, but no key. I had to walk all the way to the front of the store in the dark back to the auto center. Then they tell me they have my key and the place its parked... Yes, I am a woman. VERY RUDE and unsafe. I'm glad it was not my 17 yr old daughter. read more
