It had the brand tags still on it but not the TJ Maxx tag. I did have my receipt (which I literally just bought 3 days ago). She prompted me to find one similar (even though I worked retail and know you can just type in the number on the little tags on the inside and see if it matches) so they had none left on the shelf. So she then calls someone to see if there's another in the back and they found one. She didn't even know they sold that kind of jacket! I get my money refunded and I come home and look at other items I've bought at TJ Maxx... they all have that same number she could have typed in, instead of saying "this tag looks like it's from Macy's". Which the tag said like $160 and I only paid $53... so I'm not sure why I would even want to do that. So going through the whole process made me feel really uneasy as if she thought I stole it! Coming from Phoenix where the only game in town was Home Depot, I am happy to say they blow them away! Now, I came into the store a coupe of weeks after Christmas looking for a tree bag I saw they had on clearance. I checked the app and got the location in the store where it should be, but no matter how many times I circled the area, no dice!! That's when I grabbed Leslie for help. She looked, then got Trevor to help as well. Finally they figured out that it was actually still in the back room somewhere. So, they both went back there looking and showed up 10 minutes later with the bag. Understand that I interrupted what they were both doing. They dropped everything and took a good 30 minutes to get me the item I came in for. I have NEVER gotten that kind of customer service from The Home Depot! Yet another reason I just love this store! If Trevor and Leslie's boss reads this, give them a raise!!
