Here is the issue, I went in for a few things today and it was before noon. I needed to use the restroom and here is where the disgust came in. The ladies room was filthy, most stalls were unusable for one reason or another. Come on, you can do better, I would not of expected that, at least not that early in the day.

The line is always wrapped through the store, as I stand here in line now I am past the jewelry counter waiting to get to the checkout line. Shall I time it? Hmmm There are more than a half dozen people behind me. It appears they only have one register open. Maybe instead of the lady going through the store trying to get people to sign up for their credit card open another register. Speaking of the lady soliciting their credit card, she approached me twice, both times speaking in Spanish only and my response both times in English. I apologize, I don't understand, but the answer is still. No thank you.

It's understandable that we as customers might not get the service we are looking for, but we have to understand that employees are busy with other customers, their jobs like directing or stocking clothing, especially now that times are stressful since there have been cuts of employees. Besides...it would not hurt us to do a little work of our own (customers), if you'll understand what I am referring to. I ended up choosing not to stand in the long line that didn't seem to be moving and go somewhere else. For the most part I honestly do not like shopping in a store that appears dirty and unorganized. It seems from previous reviews that this may be the norm for this location. It's in a prime shopping area, take some advise, maybe have some extra staff in just to clean up a bit. Marshall's is right next door and yes, that was my next stop.

My first visit I observed no self checkout lines open, ok I'm good with that. Same thing on my second visit. The first time, he was still with the customer before me, he never made eye contact or addressed them or myself. Second visit, same thing, no eye contact or acknowledgment that I was there. He was discussing lunch plans at McDonald with a coworker. I am in outside sales, customer service is very important, people like to be acknowledged. This Walmart may need to have some additional training on service and social skills.
