They are ok. I have definitely seen better Walmarts, but in all fairness they are located in a small town in Arab, Alabama so they probably dont get the most attention from corporate. At least this town has a Walmart as small as it is --- they have some decent products but are sorely lacking a better stock of items. I spoke to one worker who said that they order as much as 15,000 in products and only get 3,000 or so back. I guess the supply chain doesnt help the product issues. The good things I like about this location is that they have a hair salon and a subway, and they have lots of customer service support which makes it pleasant to come here. II just want to share how fantastic a job the tire center staff created for me. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. They helped me with my choices of wheels and tires. Walmart Supercenter - 12/21/2019 New tires and wheels! - Department Stores Near Me - Arab, Alabama

I wanted get something from a locked cabinet in electronics. Looked around to try and get some help but no one in sight. I walked toward the counter to try and get some help. I was abruptly cut off by and man attempting to beat me to the counter. Turns out he was an off duty employee. He was angry because another employee in the adjacent photo department wouldn't check him out. He wanted to purchase some trident so he could get his apparent trident fix and continue shopping. He and the "on duty" employee went on a rant about how stupid the other female was. They spoke of her incompetency while the cashier fellow attempted to get the trident to ring up. Finally they finished the trident emergency transaction and fellow employee bashing. Trident boy walked away and I approached the counter. Trident boy turned and caught the eye of cashier boy and they bonded more over some benign subject. Standing two feet away at this point I still failed to get the attention of cashier boy. All this time he never acknowledged my existence. Finally I walked away and he yelled "did you need help". I turned and said no I didn't want to interfere with his bonding moment with trident boy and walked away. I went to the outdoor furniture area and using the free WiFi at Walmart I placed an order with Amazon. read more
