The staff at this CVS pharmacy were super helpful, compassionate and friendly. Is that the sick talking?, nope, if anything I'm hyper critical when I get sick and need something - they didn't have 1 of 2 meds I needed and called to tell me (didn't wait for me to show up and then tell me) told me on the phone where I could get the meds (a Walgreens nevertheless, nearest to me) and since the CVS had the prescription they graciously called the Walgreens to ask them if they had the med, with my okay, they sent it to the Walgreens and in one trip I got directions to both stores (on the same street). Thank you Summersville CVS Pharmacy - it was a nice little town to take a break from a road trip and recover.

While CVS seems to think an inhaler is just for attacks, Mountain Lake sees the necessity for daily…read moremaintenance. Waited three weeks for CVS but Mountain Lake had my inhaler in my hand within 30 minutes of sending prescription there. Very friendly and wide variety of items OTC. I'm from the west coast, I am not used to this Walmart obviously and I just needed help locating an item because the map wouldn't work and I couldn't find the isle. Sierra blatantly ignored me when I asked her for help, and I know she heard me because she turned around to look at me. Then as she's turning to continue to walk away one of what I'm assuming was her associates was coming out of the doors from the back with a picking cart and she was berating them! The poor girl looked ready to cry! I could care less at this point she didn't help me, but if this is how your managers treat their associates on the floor in front of customers god forbid how do you treat them behind closed doors. I hope that the store lead, store manager, and marketing managers give this woman the talking she deserves. I live in a city with over a million people and I've never been treated with such disregard as I was today in a small town. You should be ashamed of the people representing your store.

Yesterday I went to this Walmart to buy a brand new PS5 controller. I walked in, payed the $70 for…read morethe controller, and made my way back home. I got home, opened the box that the controller comes in, and found out that the controller I bought was covered in dirt and scratches. I went to Walmart today to return the controller or exchange for a different one and they said that they dont let people return/exchange electronics. So it leaves me to wonder how I could of bought a controller that was supposed to be new, but somehow appears to be used. Did they let somebody else return a controller, did an employee use this controller and then put it back on the shelf? The whole reason I even needed a new controller is because my old controller had drift (an issue that naturally occurs with all controllers due to just using the controller for a while). Id be fine with just keeping the controller but now I'm worried to even plug the controller in because it might already have drift (which defeats the whole purpose of me even buying a new controller), and if I do plug it in, I wont feel right going to Walmart again and trying to return it.
