They are Very busy. They usually have several pharmacist on Staff that ask you if you need any help. They have a very easy to use app on your phone for ordering your refills . When & what needs to be refilled. It's a store as well, with great prices on unique items. with anything related to health, natural holistic remedies, gift shop. parking is easy. There are a lot of local shops that are very close on the main street that they're on. They also have other Ehardt pharmacies close by.

I had to send my 3 year old CPAP in for repair, 10 weeks later it was returned and 6 weeks after…read morethat I received a bill for more $500.00 . Sheldon billed my insurance more than $1000.00 for the repair but they would only authorize $500.00. Since my deductible had not been met I was responsible for the repair. No one ever contacted me about this. I already knew I could go online and buy the same machine new with accessories, shipped free in 3 days for $499.00. I expected the repair would be in the $250-$350.00 range. I called and questioned the cost of the repair and was told a manager would review it and get back with me in a couple of days. I reached out to them 3 more times over the next 5 weeks to resolve this including once after they sent me a bill with a late fee on it. Finally 2 months after my initial call a customer service rep. not a manager called me and said the management team had reviewed the bill and I needed to pay it. Realizing I had been scammed and screwed I paid the bill 4 days later. 3 weeks after that I start getting emails from a collection agency to pay Sheldon's bill. I called Sheldon and they assured me my account was payed in full. I was able to leave a voicemail for a manger and never received a return call. 2 weeks after the collection notices I receive another bill from Sheldon for the full amount I paid . Called them again and this time was able to talk to a manger who was going to find out what happened and get back to me. That was more than 2 weeks ago. Completely disgusted and done with this company.

While trying to check out the two ladies at the counter had a really hard time stopping their conversation. They were talking how they only had a half hour left and they would be out of there. Then continue to talk about where they were going to go and what place have the best drinks. I noticed an item that my daughter had put up on the counter was buy one get one free so I ask her to get another one, to which the lady gave the other lady a look. I ask her if that upset her. Because obviously I must've upset her because I placed another pack of gum on the counter when she had already rung up the other gum and totaled it. Very rude. What happened to customer service.
