The clientele is generally a bit rude (like I got side eye when I asked if someone would scoot over so I could procure some shredded cheese...after I politely waited for at least 2 minutes for them to move--they were texting). Parking is a hold-your-breath-someone-may-rear-end-you experience. The produce, meats, etc. aren't even up to Walmart's mediocre standards and I'm not sure why. The other: Depending upon your likes/dislikes, self checkout is likely your only choice. I have no idea why people would shop here when there's an Aldi, Publix, Target (with grocery), Fresh Market, and probably something else I haven't found within 5-10 minutes driving distance. Star staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They may be busy with someone ahead of me but I never feel rushed when discussing my medications. The staff is caring and makes me feel valued. They're also great problem solvers and don't mind to call your doc for a refill. I've not noticed an increase in prescription price but if there is one I'd happily pay it to be treated well! Highly recommend! Bad service is Walgreens and CVS in South Huntsville. Star is like a spa experience compared to the others. Thank you Star pharmacy BC! You guys rock! Put the label on the plastic bag and drop it off. I never look for FedEx so I had no clue where a FedEx store is. Google FedEx and lots of hits pop up. I was looking for a store so I could make sure I was affixing the label correctly and closing up the plastic mailer. Simple right? Several google hits were at Walgreens. I called the South Memorial Parkway Walgreens and Nettie answered the phone. I asked about FedEx and she said there was a drop off at her store and if I had a box and a label she could help me. Box, I had a plastic mailer. I didn't put the label on nor did I seal the envelope. I thought I would let someone who was familiar with the packaging guide me. When I arrived, Nettie smiled big recognizing she had just spoken with me. I gave her the label and plastic mailer and within a few minutes she had me hooked up for automated text updates, placed my label inside a plastic cover that she affixed to my plastic mailer and closed up my mailer. I was in and out in a flash which I greatly appreciated as I was about to be late for a termite inspection. Many many thanks to Nettie for her invaluable help. Many thanks to Walgreens for hiring a sweet young lady who was smiling and helping customers. I had to wait my turn and she cheerfully waited on other customers.
