You cannot only see it when you walk through the doors, you FEEL it! The residents are happy, they're active, they're being social. This place looks like a cruise ship planted in Ft. Wayne, IN. The staff was warm and welcoming, they knew every resident's name and even appeared to really care about them! Then on the appointment day I got up early and was there 45 min early only to discover I left my ID and insurance card at home and they refused to see me. Politics of our "medical care" today. So I litally flew back home and got back with the cards exactly on time and they said there was nothing they could do but reschedule. I told them how horribly stressful this is and the only day I had. Then I asked if someone could tell me what to do if it falls out. Finally someone came back and told me to just push it back in. No forgiveness from them and I have no forgiveness for them.
