Sadly, imma have to revoke Walmart's temporary soul food selling card. They have no business selling chitt'lin seasoning. If you know how to cook chitterlings aka chitt'lins then you don't need this. They just broke a cardinal rule of soul food cookery. FYI...I don't eat these anymore because the old folk that cooked them are gone and they were clean. Can't trust some of these cooks today lol.

My daughter and I walked into CVS pharmacy after leaving urgent care right around the corner. I…read morewalked up to the drop off counter, and once the pharmacist finally lifted her head from her phone she came over to the drop-off counter and said can I help you very rudely. I then stated that the doctor from the urgent care had just sent over some prescriptions and before I could finish what I was going to say she said well they're not ready. I said I was going to ask for a time estimate because I'll wait if it isn't going to be long rather than go home. She then said it'll be a few minutes. My daughter and I then went to sit in the little waiting area next to the pharmacy for the next 10 to 15 minutes. I then walked up to the pick up counter and asked the very kind pharmacy tech that was working if the prescriptions were ready or if I should just go home given that my daughter and I weren't feeling well because we had just been diagnosed with flu and strep at the urgent care. The pharmacy tech proceeded to tell me that my Tamiflu was ready but that the amoxicillin was having an insurance issue so I just said oh that's weird why would that be? She said let me go ask the pharmacist because I'm not sure why that would be. I could hear the pharmacist because she was speaking very loudly Say I literally just spoke to her, yes those two right there, I told her that they weren't ready. I'm not a magician. I proceeded to tell the Pharmacy tech that I was in no way rushing them, I was just trying to catch my prescriptions if they were going be ready before I went home that was all. Another pharmacist or somebody working by the computers then came and said we're about to mix the amoxicillin for you and I thanked her. I then heard the pharmacist say yeah she's really fucking annoying her and her fucking kid. I then told the Pharmacy tech that that was the most unprofessional thing and that no one should ever speak about somebody's child in front of them like that let alone someone who is supposed to be a professional and taking care of people. This woman always has a very unprofessional demeanor, she always has her headphones in her ear and is on her phone and cannot even take the time of day to speak to anybody. As I was waiting there, she also spoke very rudely to an older woman who was just trying to find her prescription because her other pharmacy said that it was out there and they told her to come here she told her that she didn't know where it was again very rudely and did not even attempt to help the woman. Overall, I will be filing a report with the Pharmacy board because this was hands-down, the most unprofessional and unnecessary interaction that I have ever had with someone who is supposed to be professional and caring towards people.I am disgusted by what happened today.

My tires were installed with significantly low pressure, and I've since had to reschedule multiple times just to have the issue addressed. The phone also rarely seems to be answered, which means you often have to physically go into the facility just to make an appointment--or to find out that your scheduled appointment is running several hours behind. More concerning is the lack of clearly marked parking for Tire & Battery customers. Being told to simply "park in the back" is not an accessible or ADA-conscious solution. My 86-year-old father recently had to walk the entire length of the building, only to find out that he needed to go back and move his car. To the team's credit, they helped him get an electric mobility cart to make his way back, and I appreciated their assistance. But he should never have been put in that situation in the first place. The pricing is great, and the employees have been helpful when we're able to connect with them, but Sam's Club can and should do much better when it comes to appointment management, communication, signage, parking, and accessibility, especially for elderly, and mobility-limited customers.
