I have been using Meijer Marysville Michigan pharmacy for a couple of years now for my…read moreprescriptions. On several occasions, they have waited days to fill my prescriptions. Jan 6, 2025 my doctor sends over a new prescription. Meijer says it will be "ready on 1/7/25", then when I go there, its not ready. They message me it will be "ready on 1/9/25 after 10am". I call 1/9/25 at 1pm, they say they don't have it, it will be ready on 1/10/25. The woman I talked to was disrespectful and did not care if/when I got my prescription. It was a much needed prescription due to a PET scan being performed. I had to go back to the doctor, and they found my local WALMART had the prescription and promptly sent the prescription over to them. My problem is, Marysville Meijer pharmacy is very busy and does not care about individual customers. I will be moving my prescriptions to a location who cares about their customers and who has employees who are better suited to deal with customers. I informed her I would be leaving a review and she said "go right ahead".

Fully functioning/stocked pharmacy with knowledgeable, friendly, attentive staff and helpful fast service options. They also have a small satellite clinic in collaboration with True North care services for methadone/suboxone/clonadine maintains ability for its clients to maintain an sustAin sober living while in recovery for drug and/or alcohol addiction. The clinic has steady flow but I have never experienced overflow of people in waiting! Provide on time, efficient time slots for speaking with program doctors.
