A teacher…read morerecommended Dr. Gamm at Natural Spine when I told her about my struggles, and although I was nervous at first, making an appointment has become possibly one of the best decisions I've made for my health. I still have headaches, but they're not nearly as severe as they used to be. It seems unbelievable to think back to just a few weeks ago when I dealt with migraines from when I woke up to when I went to sleep-even to the point where I was so light-headed that I felt like I would faint-and that a single appointment could open my eyes to a world without nearly as much pain. My only regret is that I didn't go earlier.

I very much enjoyed my session with Ruth. She is very personable and knowledgeable. One key to…read morebusiness success that I have noticed over the years is the ability to share information and not be afraid to expose the secret sauce - meaning that she tells you exactly what she's doing and the logic and facts behind it. Not too many businesses will do that - but the ones that do are often successful. As for the massage - my sense is each massage is tailored to the client. She is definitely not one of those "start on the back and neck, work the arms, legs and feet - then flip you over, finish legs, abdomen, chest, then head" like you would get with most - she finds the problem areas to release. Solving problems and healing seem critical. Definitely a different experience!
