They also included another patients information with my prescription, a HIPPA, violation, and had an "Oh well" attitude when I let them know. Another doubled the strength on a prescription. At first, I believed my item was left behind on the counter, but it seems an item was positioned inside of my vehicle in the back seat on the driver's side inside. The only difference between the item that I removed from the shelf, and the one I found behind the seat is an indentation in the back of the container. I suspect the original item was retained and replaced with a similar one in my vehicle; this is consistent with product and consumer tampering. I am very aware of recent activity; there is absolutely no way a 64 oz. bottle of Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice Zero Sugar was placed behind my seat with my knowledge or involvement. There were no more than five people in the store: a blonde-headed person, a tall Black person, two people annoying me by throwing a football in a sence of watching,, and a cashier at the front counter. Why are there so many strange people walking around without purchasing harassing seniors and those with disabilities?

After two weeks of doing without Duloxetine, the medication was finally filled. Which was pretty nice until I caught them lying about a co-pay for medication, when I don't have a co-pay on any of my meds. Then the employee changed her story to one where the insurance won't cover an ointment needed for neuropathy. I called the insurance company, and they said there is no record of the pharmacy ever contacting them about the ointment. So, in the last week, I have found from my physician, and insurance company, that the claims by Everett's employees are as fake as news from CNN...Time to switch to Walmart!
