Service was fast and friendly, but more importantly, they had an item I really needed before a trip. Yes, it was more pricey than other places, but they were the only ones to have it in stock. Overall, great experience and while I am not a usual customer here, I would recommend The Medicine Shoppe.

My thought here is that this was a Thrift Drug since you usually found them in a strip mall. Rite Aid swept in, gave it a makeover, and slapped their name on it. Even though the inside of this was newly remodeled it still had that feel that it is underutilized. You get that feeling because of the lack of items available on the shelves and in the coolers. I browsed for a bit, picked up a few items, and made my way to the counter. There was a minimal wait until a staff member who was performing two jobs in one came to the counter to ring me out.

Then the store decided to scatter the items across the store instead of keeping them in one place. When I asked a clerk about it, I was told that it was a new store policy along with the comment that the items were no longer available earlier in the morning, but now the store would put items out later in the day around 2 pm to get more money from their customers. It seems that I will be shopping more at Gaint!!!

The online ordering and pick up is much better at Giant. I'm disappointed Weis hasn't kept up in this case. I have been finding that I only go in when I have prescriptions to pick up. This is the first thing I see as I come to post a comment for this CVS store:…read more"We're here to support you through COVID‐19. We offer services that may help minimize your exposure to risk..." This is not what I witnessed today as I stood in line for a flu shot. There was a pharmacist filling a bottle with medication. She had loaded the meds into the counting device and while she was dispensing the drugs from this device into the brown plastic bottle, some of the pills fell on to her thenar webspace [the skin between her thumb and forefinger]. I was surprised the pharmacy does not require the pharmacist to wear gloves or have a dispensing device that avoids skin to pill contact. As soon as the cap was placed on the medication, she answered the phone, finished a conversation, hung up, and then went to dispense the next medication into another bottle. No washing of her hands or applying any hygienic gell. It seems to me if a pharmacist is going to be dispensing meds from one bottle to another during a pandemic it should be done with the utmost care and concern for cross-contamination. With Columbia County having the fastest rising COVID cases in the entire state, let's hope none of the people with the virus shop here or we are all doomed.

I was told to go in and they could get me a oil change. A very rude staff member named Rick informed me if I didn't book a appointment they wouldn't see me. And I told him I didn't mind waiting, even though the shop was empty. I just dont understand how the staff at this location can think it's okay to talk to customers the way they do. He was very upset that he actually had to his job. As Brian came out Kevin followed him out. So at the time there were at least two people who could do the oil change. So we gave Brian our keys and proceeded to go into the store to do some shopping. Oddly enough we kept seeing Kevin walking around the store clearly not doing his job. We waited over an hour and still no oil change. So we went to the oil change area and still not one oil change was done according to Connor the seemingly third oil change mechanic. So there were at least three mechanics that were available to change oil. With exception of Kevin who was busy walking around the store trying to look busy. So over an hour went by and not even one oil change was done. So we asked for our keys back and left. This place needs to be revamped and everyone needs to be fired and hire people that are competent. Do not waste your time going to Walmart for oil changes. There are plenty of places close by that is far and away better than Walmart. That actually have competent, friendly people.
