I had the most hateful and lazy cashier yesterday at this Walmart location in Osceola, AR. I am limited in my mobility and was using an electric cart. She stood there and watched me struggle to put my items on the conveyor belt and then refused to help me load the bags back into the cart. She needs to be fired. So we had called 4 other Walmarts trying to find a crossbow. Thank God for Nicole G. She was wonderful, not only did she present herself amazingly, she made about 4-5 trips back to the merchandise to make sure it was exactly what we wanted since we'd be driving from Jonesboro. I've worked in customer service & she is an amazing representation of y'all's store. Give this girl a raise & put in in charge of training new people. read more

Ahh, I hate Wally World to begin with, but hell, I'm in Mid-Bumblef*** and there's abso-freakin-lutely NOTHING (zip zero zed zilch NADA NINGUN NUNCA) to do or see here. So what is a girl to do? Go to freakin Walmart. Geezohpeets, could I at least get a brightly lit super Walmart here in Osceola? Nope. Not a chance. It's kind of old and dingy, but it's my saving grace when I'm held captive here in Osceola. If you ever find yourself here, it is guaranteed to be the bright spot in your trip, so er...that's all I got to say. read more

I got there at 8:20 when the store closes at 8:30 because of the protesting. I walk up and a young gentleman who is getting carts, tells me they close at 8:30. I said yes sir thank you. So I walk around the ropes to get to the main door. The doors weren't opening and the gentleman said " yeah they might not let anyone in for the last 10 minutes" so I looked inside and there was a huge worker in a yellow vest sitting inside the door on a Walmart scooter mouthing "we closed." So I looked at my watch and held up 10 minutes with my hands and she either flipped me off or made an unknown gesture with her hand. The young gentleman seemed really sincere and kind. The lady who wouldn't let me in seemed like a b though. I tried telling her all I was getting was one 12 pack of Mr. Pibb (because where I live, they don't sell cans or bottles of pibb), but she seemed to just assume I was going to make her have to stay later. Terrible experience at this Walmart because of that 1 employee. Don't plan on going back however I hope that guy gets promoted for having a good genuine attitude. read more

Traveling and decided to stop for gas and some groceries/supplies. Long trip off I-55 for nothing. Very small store, no gas and limited merchandise. Don't waste your time. read more
