I made an appointment to have new tires put on my car. I had to wait almost 3 1/2 hours for them. Since then, I have been trying to reach out to them because my tires are not balanced, and my steering wheel is shaking every time I go above 50 mph. I cannot get through their phone lines and keep getting transferred to different departments. I am very disappointed that they only have two people in the auto department that are supposed to handle the volume that comes in every day. No wonder they do not have time to answer the phone. Since I cannot make an appointment online to have them fix my tires, I am going to have to drive all the way there and wait until they have time. I had a wonderful time here. It was very easy to find everything. They had a limited selection of Halloween costumes, but it is a month early. Also, they didn't have an ankle brace I needed for my newly sprained ankle, but that's okay. While I didn't get everything I needed, I still emerged from the store with a variety of things. I got some very tasty snacks, and some sports wrap for my ankle! A very successful trip indeed. read more

At approximately 3:30 PM on December 20, 2022 I had reserved my item online but wasn't sure if I did it properly. Got worried that I didn't do it properly so I called the pickup area, after 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer I decided to stop in the store and check if my order was done properly and my item is reserved. I spoke with the young female employee at the pick up corner, and she wanted to know is I got an email confirming that I have my order ready for pick up. I clearly stated that I wasn't sure if my order was properly put in and showed her the screen that I had on my account. She refused to look at the screen and insisted that I needed to check my email to see if the order is ready for pick up. I then looked into my emails and asked if she would look around physically and see if the item physically is in the area. The item I had reserved was big Joe Joey bean bags, so it's a large item and it was very easy to be spotted in such a small area! She refused to look around, she was starring at me the whole time as if she was expecting an unnecessary input, and insisted that I needed to get the email first before she does anything, while she was holding two devices in her hands. I asked if it's not back in that department then I can just go in the store and try to pick up one before they are. She immediately firmly replied, " oh so you just wanna go in the store and pick up your item you don't want me to look for your account!?" I wasn't too shocked from her attitude, because seemed like she was waiting for such a reaction. I was a bit confused, she never showed interest I was questioning, but she acted upset when I wanted to go look around and find my item. I felt as if I was being put in a situation that will cause an issue for trying to shop at that store. So I gave her some time alone w her device, she then continued to ask for the email. I won't have an email IF THE ORDER IS NOT PUT IN PROPERLY, which is WHY I was at that store to begin with. I said I don't have an email. She said I'll have to wait for an email before stop in to pick it up. I find this employee lacking the concept of customer service, and the understanding of her duty as an employee. She refused to cooperate with the customer in need. She refused to understand the concept the use of technology in the store. I asked, can you look around and see if the item is anywhere in the area. I wasn't sure of where I should be looking into. She said no, I won't know until I receive your email. I asked if that's the only spot they have items reserved for pick up. She answered yes so I looked around and I couldn't find my item. she wasted my time and the company time while she could've just looked around and see if the item was in the area. After I looked around the area and I couldn't find the item I told her that's all that I needed to do? She rolled her eyes at me, so I turned around and walked in the store and grabbed my item. If an employee hate their job to this extent, they should not be working as a customer service representative. This is by far the worst customer service I have had from any retail stores. You don't pick fights with your customers you simply do your job that you're trained to do. I will never recommend this store to anyone neither shop in this area ever again. I might be one customer but I'm going to be very sure to know that I'm going to let everyone knows and posted everywhere. read more

These people for the most part do not want to go out of their way in the auto motive section I stopped in on Saturday to get tires of course they didn't have the tires I asked if they could call West saginaw to see if they had them. She said do you have a cell phone you can call or you can go over to Sams. What!!!!!! If I wanted to go to Sams I would have went there. Sorry in my book that is pure lazy And they had no customers I could understand a little more if they had one or two customers. I've never had a good experience with returning items to any corporate store. The workers are typically annoyed and tend to take a long time. Andrea was extremely helpful and effecient with our return transaction. She was super friendly and got through it in less than 5 minutes. I was very impressed with her customer service skills. Went here to buy a barbecue and the one I wanted was the last in stock. I went to purchase it and realized I had left my wallet at home. I quickly asked the cashier if they could hold it for 15 minutes or so (so that I could go get my wallet) and she replied "We don't do holds. Sorry." with a rude scowl on her face. Have never had this sort of issue happen elsewhere. Will not shop here again. Employees value their customers very little and won't go out of their way to help you. read more

I ordered RC boat for my grandson for Christmas, being a seasonal item and the fact that the boat was 3 feet long ,not a bath tub toy we knew we would have to wait until the ice on the lake was gone . Friday 3-24-2017 took the boat for it's first run ,only to find out the right motor is defective, the receiver in the boat isthe wrong one and there is no antenna. I contacted Walmart they shoved me off to a supplier [ eForCity ]. They told me even though the boat was defective it was longer than 30 days ,so sorry about your luck. Walmart would also not offer a refund or replacement. So my advise is stay away from walmart and their third party suppliers such as eForCity. Hope this saves some else the grief and very disappointed kid. read more

I had a pleasant visit to this Walmart. Clean, organized and staffed with pleasant and helpful employees. Hey this is Walmart, it is not some upscale snobby, over priced retailer. I did not need an oil change, so I can not speak to the efficiency of that department. I needed two prescriptions filled... I am visiting from NH where my prescriptions were established... the pharmacy assured me that it would be ready when I came in ... they were. Store has a terrible layout which doesn't make any sense. The whole grocery department was just a few aisles and had minimal selection. There was practically no produce section either, just some pre-packaged bananas and apples, and that was it. The staff here ranks higher than most Wal-mart employees in my book but this store needs some serious upkeep. The recycling center is right at the store entrance and constantly stinks to high heaven!! There is hardly a grocery section at all and everything else in the store just feels scattered.
