Disappointed is too kind of a word for this organization. Their service is HORRIBLE, follow…read morethrough is NON- EXISTENT, they are NOT truthful, their quality is poor, the shirts I received still need ironed, and they cannot be trusted. They will hold your other goods hostage until they extract payment and not reimburse you for damaged and destroyed goods. This is the first time using this organization. The drop off/pick up place is just an extension of the poor service and forked tongue. They claimed they would credit me for the cost of the shirt, a Joseph A Banks Reserve Collection and when I went to pick up my dress shirts, (15 in total), they would NOT release my shirts until I paid the 84.29 dollar bill. They held my clothes hostage and said I would have to take it up with "Carson Cleaners"--"We have no say were just a drop off place". I have called then 10 times over the last two days with no response. I called the drop off place and they said "Ill let the owner know", and then hung up and never took my contact information. I have emailed and still nothing. I will commit to report and post if they ever respond and correct this sorry, sad, poor situation. Lesson Learned - They are NOT trustworthy, honest nor do they keep their word.
