TA Florence - I stopped in for gas and it seemed I was the only one needing to fuel up at this time…read moreof the day - this place was practically a ghost town with a few exceptions. After fueling up I decided to go inside and ummm freshen up some, there was a guy sitting at the outside table on his phone having some discernible conversation while kicking a worn suitcase and fiddling with a few plastic shopping bags, he looked like he was traveling the hard way, unshaven and wrinkled but the new iPhone looked to be an upgrade even from my iPhone 11. The inside of the store was fairly clean if you discount the dis-shuffled restroom, I'd give it a five out ten apparently they were much busier earlier since at this time I was the sole customer. I took the time to walk around a bit, since it's a known trucker stop they always have a few interesting "as seen on tv" items for sale, today the tactical glasses and tactical light was clearly displayed as were a host of electronics all placed conveniently for compulsive purchasing. I locked on the Cobra CB Radio, no I didn't make the purchase but I really think I need one for the Jeep, maybe next time. I never saw the clerk but since I wasn't making an inside purchase no interaction was necessary so I can't comment on the customer service here. As I exited the store I noticed the guy on the phone was still jibber jabbering as I made my way to the caddie and preparing to leave I got a little startled by a tap on my window which was about a quarter way down - the gentleman who had pulled up to the pump across from me informed me he and his wife were staying at the Baymont a few blocks away and they were in the need of some cash or gas and although his story wasn't very convincing I do have empathy but he and his co-conspirator seemed to be toasting some spirits with each rejection and I don't reward deception...

Mr. Doug told me what was probably going on with it and I asked if he could get my vehicle picked up and taken to A&A. Mr. Doug was quick to get my vehicle picked up, called me to let me know what was wrong with it, gave me a price and gave me an estimated time of when it would be ready. Mr. Doug stayed in constant communication with me and had my vehicle's transmission repaired sooner than the expected time. I would highly recommend A&A for your transmission repair needs.

The lady behind the counter was very nice and the smells from the cafe were enticing. The shelves in the convenience store portion where very well stocked with quite a variety of needful things. Also you can't only pay with a credit card at the pump. On the upside the inside store is very clean as are the bathrooms which bumped a 2 star gas station to 3 stars.

Watched them drive it out of the bay Went to front. "Oh. The alignment hasn't been done. The tire techs can't report on the alignment, so it just shows done when the tires have been put back on." This is the first Buc-ee's off I-95 and the crowds are crazy, but at least you can park your RV. Though posted signs say trucks and trailers are not allowed, you do have diesel in that extreme fuel island. The staff were kind and went out of their way restocking brisket sandwiches and other goods without elbowing through the demanding crowd. Ample parking, ample bathrooms, cold drinks, and fuel, fuel, fuel. Don't expect peace, but all the amenities are here.

Drove in to bay, told the woman what I wanted and sat in waiting area for no more than 10 minutes. Can you believe it a business that actually lives up to it's name. Now to be fair I was the only customer here at the time so times may vary. So oil change w synthetic, engine & cabin filter for $134, my last trip to dealer for just oil was $123! I had a very nice woman assist me, Kayla I believe. All the workers there were professional and thorough. Top marks, will be returning.

Purchased a "new to me" vehicle and had it taken to the Beltline store to have the transmission…read morecheck because it did have a "clunk" when it shifted. They did a transmission flushed and I also purchased new wipers that were awesome! My vehicle immediately shifted A LOT better!! I am so thankful for their service that I am sure it has saved me money and future frustration! Shout out to Seth, Mel, and James for their professionalism and service! I would not take my vehicle anywhere else!
