We had it towed to Jose early Sunday morning, and by Monday morning he had already diagnosed the problem. Once again, he was quick, thorough, and incredibly professional -- sending a detailed video explaining and showing exactly what was going on. Jose's honesty and integrity truly set him apart. He always takes the time to explain things in a way that actually makes sense, especially for someone like me who isn't very familiar with car mechanics. He never tries to upsell or charge for things that aren't needed -- in fact, there have been times I asked about repairs and he was upfront that they weren't necessary.
