Wednesday came and they called saying they were so backed up that they'd need another half day to finish and everything was going SMOOTH with my repairs. No problem by me. Thursday came and they called saying that now my spark plugs are misfiring and it's no longer safe to drive EVEN though spark plugs weren't the issues they were fixing. They explained that they fixed my original issue and then when test driving my truck it began to misfire (which it NEVER did before they fixed my issue). They charged ME over $400 to fix an issues I wholeheartedly know wasn't an issue until they handled my truck. I swallowed the price and got it fixed. Saturday came and I FINALLY got my truck only to drive all the way out there and have them point out low tire pressure and find a nail in my tire. Which I again had to leave my truck for another half day. Disappointment doesn't even cover this experience. There was no accountability throughout this whole situation.

My only reason for 4 starts is they didn't have the right equipment to fix the alignment on my car (a Volvo) but I get not all shops will have those systems.
