I honestly couldn't speak more highly of this shop or Brandon! We have trusted him with several of…read moreour vehicles over the years, and every single time he has gone above and beyond for us. After I had a terrible accident with a deer in my 4Runner, Brandon completely fixed it and helped us upgrade to a better bumper and lights. Seeing my 4Runner looking amazing again after everything it had been through meant so much to me! We've also brought our Chevy truck and Diesel Chevy Cruze to him, and he even helped us through putting a new engine in the Cruze. Helped fixed all the problems! No matter what we bring him, we always know we're going to get quality work and honest advice. What I appreciate most about Brandon is that he truly takes the time to explain everything. He'll tell you what he recommends, what makes the most sense for your vehicle, and what will work within your budget before moving forward. You never feel pressured or like you're being talked into something you don't need. Finding someone you genuinely trust with your vehicles is huge, and that's exactly what we have found here. We wouldn't keep bringing all of our vehicles back if we didn't truly believe in the work they do. Brandon, thank you for always taking such great care of us and our vehicles. We appreciate you more than you know and will continue recommending you to anyone looking for honest, dependable, and truly commendable work!

I brought my 2008 Corvette to Ross Speed Shop in April 2026 because I believed they were Corvette…read moreexperts. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. The first red flag was when I had to tell staff to watch a YouTube video explaining how to lower the car using the factory adjustment bolts. While the car was there, they diagnosed an issue with my exhaust cutouts and recommended a repair kit. After installation, the kit immediately scraped on normal roads and started malfunctioning within a week. I returned the car multiple times, willing to pay for whatever was needed to properly fix the problem. Instead, the issue got worse, additional vibration noises developed, and I received conflicting explanations every time. The biggest problem was communication. My car sat at the shop for three weeks, and I constantly had to contact them for updates. Most communication was handled through text messages, and weeks would pass without anyone reaching out to me. When owner Brandon later accused me of speaking poorly to his staff, I was shocked. The only thing I was doing was trying to find out what was happening with my car because nobody was communicating with me. As a customer whose vehicle had been sitting there for weeks, I believe I had every right to ask for updates. After three weeks, I was suddenly told that additional exhaust modifications were needed, something that was never mentioned in the beginning. Why it took multiple visits and weeks of delays to discover this remains a mystery. The final insult was the condition of my car when I got it back. I delivered it fully detailed and specifically asked that it be kept indoors if stored overnight. After sitting there for weeks, it was returned filthy, covered in dirt, hard water spots, and environmental damage. When I expressed concern, I was told, "This is Pahrump." To make matters worse, while I was waiting to pick up my car, another customer in a gray Dodge pickup was loudly arguing with the staff over similar problems, which I partially videoed. Watching that interaction only confirmed that I wasn't the only customer experiencing serious issues with communication, workmanship, and customer service. I actually wanted to speak with the gentleman because he was describing many of the same frustrations I had been dealing with. I was trying to support a local business and keep my money in the community, but that decision ended up costing me time, money, and frustration. I am a 58-year-old man and have never written a Yelp review before. This is my first one. That alone should say something about how strongly I feel about this experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Ross Speed Shop. Poor communication, questionable workmanship, repeated failed repair attempts, excessive delays, and a lack of accountability made this one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

Predatory Practices, Contract Fraud, and Total Lack of Integrity:…read more If you are considering doing business with Pahrump Valley Auto Plaza, turn around and RUN. This dealership relies on predatory sales tactics, blatant inventory lies, and unlawful delivery practices--seemingly targeting out-of-town buyers and retirees under the assumption that they won't recognize illegal contract terms or know how to enforce their consumer rights. Here is what happens behind their friendly "small-town local dealer" facade: Bait-and-Switch Inventory Lies: Before purchasing a 2026 Chevy Trax, I explicitly made it a pre-condition that I needed a vehicle I could legally drive in both Nevada and Arizona immediately. They falsely assured me this was "no problem" just to kill a competing purchase I had lined up. They also lied that another vehicle I asked about was "sold"--a claim their sister dealership later confirmed was a complete lie to manipulate inventory and force a sale. Issuing Invalid & Unlawful Paperwork: Instead of providing legal registration for daily driving, they affixed a restricted 30-Day Drive-Away Permit. The MVD confirmed that this restricted tag is ILLEGAL for daily driving, work commuting, or general operation in EITHER Nevada or Arizona. Management Instructed Me to BREAK THE LAW: The moment I discovered the permit rendered my driving illegal in both states, I demanded immediate contract rescission. General Manager Greg Mier refused to take the car back. Instead, he emailed me instructing me to drive illegally on the invalid tag anyway and ask state troopers if they would "give me a hard time." His only "solution" was offering an insulting $15 so I could go pay out-of-pocket at an MVD to fix their compliance failure! When formally served with a statutory notice of contract rescission and revocation of acceptance, their response was deflection, refusal, and stall tactics--hoping I wouldn't follow through. THEY WERE WRONG. Direct attempts to resolve this bad-faith deal have been exhausted, and this dealership is now under formal investigation and escalation with: The Nevada DMV Compliance Enforcement Division The Arizona Attorney General's Office (Consumer Protection Bureau) The Nevada Attorney General's Office (Bureau of Consumer Protection) The ADOT Office of Inspector General (Dealer Fraud Unit) Capital One Auto Finance Lender Fraud & Dispute Department Behind the friendly front is a business model built on predatory schemes, invalid transit tags, and complete disregard for state law. Save yourself a massive legal nightmare: Do NOT buy, sign, or finance ANYTHING at Pahrump Valley Auto Plaza.

I explained what was going on with my coach. we went out to show her my problem. Both tag axles shown oil leakage. We return to the office and was offered anything to drink. She left the office and got a tech to look at my coach's issue. The tech removed both hub caps and found both Hub Oil Reservoirs "Over Serviced". He drained both reservoirs to the proper level and found both the Hub Reservoir's Nuts loose. He re-tq'ed both Hub Reservoir Nuts, cleaned the Hub Caps and area of the oil leakage and returned my coach fixed. Lesson learned from this; i had my tires replaced last year and i found out by other Tag axle owners that most tire shops techs will service the Tag Axle Reservoir hubs and always "Overservice them". In the meantime, i discovered that my wallet was lost, so I thought! I and the young lady looked everywhere. I got ahold of my wife and had her look at home, well, i left home without it. Both the service adviser and the owner were very gracious, polite and were convince that i must have left it home. I did as my wife confirmed. Anyways, i highly recommend Top Notch for RV repairs. they specialize in big trucks, RV's and diesel motors. BTW, i spent more time looking for my wallet, than the tech took to repair my coach.

These people are very customer service driven and provide "top notch" repairs! I had an appointment within days. Thank you Kat! The work was done while we waited. The workmanship is excellent and the staff is so friendly. I highly recommend this business.
