To top it off, we found out that they were video recording our conversations without my permission, which we found quite unsettling. It's now been three months since we canceled those warranties, and we still haven't received any refunds. We've sent numerous emails and made several phone calls, but we haven't heard back from anyone. It's been incredibly disappointing, and we would urge others to steer clear of this dealership.

I pulled in here after the light came on while I was at work. I went inside and of course I already knew what size I needed, but there were none on the racks/shelves. The guy inside, for whatever reason, didn't believe me when I said the size of the bulbs. He insisted that he needed to look at the bulbs. Whatever, I humored him. After he looked at it, he was certain that what I said were the bulbs, were in fact the bulbs. I ended up going back inside, and to my surprise there were still no bulbs on the racks/shelves. I had asked if there were any bulbs in stores nearby and he did look in the system. However, the stores he focused on were in the opposite direction from where I was going and had just come from. He was helpful, but not successful.

They had more on the shelves which was important. I went through the bulbs and decided on the brightest. Of course they were also the most expensive, but I needed them and I was looking for these to begin with. I asked the gentlemen working some questions and they weren't certain on the answers, but they allowed for me to mull it over for a bit. Bought the bulbs and a pair of gloves. After that I went out to the lot and changed my bulbs out. We were all good and I was on my way. I felt odd since I was across the street from where I was told that they didn't have any. Felt like I was cheating, but it saved me some time.

My boyfriend called and got a starter for his vehicle the guy said he would order the part and it…read morewould be here today, he went and they ordered the wrong part for the completely wrong car and then my boyfriend had to drive the whole way to butler just to get the right part but also to add to the fact that the guy he called aka Greg said that it would be $60 and it ended up being about $95. this has been my only bad experience at this specific location but that doesn't make up for the fact of people not knowing how to do their job correctly.
