He and the rest of the staff immediately helped me not only with the synthetic oil selection, but new wiper blades because mine were hashed. Yeah, the wiper blades aren't cheap, but they never are no matter where you go and Demarion not only installed those in a snap, but also got his hands dirty getting the oil into my little grocery getter until I can get her in for an oil change. It was beginning to rain outside and I had a full day ahead of me, caring for my patients. I was not acknowledged when I came in. The employee at the counter noticed me, but didn't say a word to me. He was assisting another customer at that time. Another employee walked by and seemed to intentionally turn his head the other direction as he walked by so he wouldn't have to assist me. I saw one or two more employees in the back who also noticed me, but didn't come out to help. I literally stood in line at the counter for 10 minutes without being acknowledged or spoken to. No one ever said a word to me. Not even a "we'll be right with you." I left and went down the road to Auto Zone where I was immediately greeted and assisted. My needs were met, without grief. The gentleman there even spoke with me while he worked on my car. Wouldn't accept any money for his service, but thanked me for caring for my patients and asked me to leave a good review for him. I certainly will do that! I believe his name was Daniel. He went above and beyond to assist me and get me back on the road in a timely manner. Keep up the good work!
