I had to pull the over and have my husband zip tie it in place so we could at least make it home. None of the bolts were even remotely tight, even after I heard this person struggling with an impact for 5-10 minutes. I called the day before to make sure they could service my vehicle because I'd been turned away before because of this skid plate. I paid almost $200 for services just for someone to let me drive off, knowing that part was not properly installed and it would fall off. I called and left a message at the location 4 days ago and haven't heard anything. Never again will I let anyone there near my vehicles.

I ordered a set of Michelin Cross Climate 2 tires for my Ford Explorer but Zeller's put on a set of Michelin Defender 2 tires. I was going to have them install the correct tire but after driving 1,800 miles on the Defender 2 tires I have decided to keep them. The morning after the tires were installed we headed out to Port Canaveral Florida and did not notice that the tires were wrong until we stopped for gas on the trip down.
