Since I only had a couple of workdays to get it done--and a packed schedule--I stopped in during my lunch break, and the experience felt almost magical. There was no wait at all, and I didn't even have to get out of my car. As soon as I arrived, they waved me into the garage. The crew quickly came over, confirmed what I needed, and got to work right away. Within about 15 minutes, my oil was changed, the air filter was replaced (it definitely needed it), and they checked my tire pressure and all the lights. We found Rusty's shop and he was so kind and helpful. he sold us an older Suburban, making sure the trailer lights worked, hitch replaced, everything ran right, etc. and got us back on the road that day. Beware, the tire that blew was a replacement tire that The TOYOTA dealer in Marina del Rey, CA had put on my new 2017 vehicle after I turned over a parking lot curb at a bad angle. He put on a tire manufactured in 2014. Of course, all my other tires were made in 2017. Just saying. It was the 2014 tire that blew.
