My son took our 2003 chevy truck there for an oil change on December 10th. what I received was a…read morewrecked truck smashed headlight, bumper hanging, and a creased hood with zero brakes but they changed the oil. Mind you we don't live in the same town. My son drove the truck 40 miles over with zero problem. One of the auto technicians said they thought the brakes were soft while pulling the truck in but forgot to leave a note for the other guy working. However, when said guy pulled our truck out to park it smashed a cement pull while driving over the cement parking block. Now here it is December 19th and we are yet to hear from the inspector going into the Holidays. This is beyond frustrating and Walmart doesn't get envolved once the submit the claim. At 1:37 pm we received this message from the garage . "This is Cody with Patty Jones and Bethany is coming back about the jeep at the park brake froze. I was just curious if that vehicle was gonna be able to make it in here this afternoon for us to check it out. Please give me a call back 660-425-2244 thank you. Spell check messed up name of the garage should be Pettyjohns not patty jones. I called towing service back they said tow truck driver dropped off car. Called service technician he said tow truck driver never dropped off keys. Once again called tow truck dispatcher she said she would call pettyjohns . We drove to Bethany, MO from where we live North of Lineville, Iowa to say we were on our way. Cody the technician said they found the car in lot. The tow truck driver had told me when he picked up car that the office would email receipt to me Monday. I told him I needed receipt to turn into insurance company for reimbursement. Monday called dispatcher said, "would email receipt in 15 minutes." Waited when no response drove to there office in Lamoni, Iowa picked up receipt. Their customer service is terrible. The technician Cody at pettyjohns said they've had trouble with them in past just dropping off cars without turning in keys or telling them where car is. I will never use there service again
