It has broken down on the side of the road three different times and had to be towed back to the dealership. In total, it's been in their shop four times, including one visit that lasted an entire month. I've already spent thousands of dollars trying to keep this truck on the road. The last time I brought it in, the issue was misdiagnosed, and I was nearly charged thousands more for a repair it didn't even need. As of now, the truck still has issues and is looking at a 5th trip to the shop. I expected far better reliability, honesty, and follow-through. I hope this helps others make an informed decision.
