Douglas Tire was trying to charge in full for an alignment they weren't even going to do. The staff were the unprofessional ones that were not answering our questions and being dishonest to long standing customers. Anyone would have got upset over everything that took place....... Went in for an alignment and found out they couldn't do a full alignment for reasons that didn't make any sense. They had it in the garage for an hour and did not explain to my husband what was going on. Instead they were going to charge for a full alignment price which they did not do the full alignment and they only made a few adjustments instead.
