They were honest and extremely reasonably priced. Bike is perfect. It's in mint condition, and is about 16 years old. I ended up buying an addition $200 in lights while I was there. Check them out! These guys turned me down saying they didn't have the tool to remove a tapered headset. What kind of bike shop doesn't have a tool to remove a tapered headset?

Turn signal working, Aldo replaced a starter relay that had been acting up as well as worked in rear brake light! Fast, stayed in touch. Called with updates and when finished. Highly recommend!

I went inside the store and told the cashier the box was open and the pool was used (it was another brand brown pool) so they exchanged It. The second pool was ripped (I noticed until we open the box at the house) and I went to the store to return it and they told me no returns/exchange. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THEY NEVER MENTION THIS POLICY ABOUT POOLS. Now I have to see if BESTWAY can send me a replacement. We cant even use the pool. This sucks!!! WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT! They should put a sign or mention the no returns/exchange "policy" before buying it. DONT BUY HERE! THIS STORE SUCKS! Go walmart instead.

Lovely place to run with an abundance of wildlife (Cardinals, goldfinches, roadrunners, boars,…read morelizards, etc). Has off-road bike paths, running path and bathrooms. Plenty of parking but gets packed on Sundays. Extremely hot when the sun is at high rise due to lack of shade. Totally worth checking out if your up for a good sweat!
