I've have gotten my bike serviced here a couple of times and bikes have been sharp. This place can easily be 5star. I give it 4 star because when I was assembling my bike I was limited to the tools that I had so I took my frame here to have a tapered headset removed from my old frame. These guys turned me down saying they didn't have the tool to remove a tapered headset. What kind of bike shop doesn't have a tool to remove a tapered headset?

The second pool was ripped (I noticed until we open the box at the house) and I went to the store to return it and they told me no returns/exchange. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THEY NEVER MENTION THIS POLICY ABOUT POOLS. Now I have to see if BESTWAY can send me a replacement. We cant even use the pool. This sucks!!! WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT! They should put a sign or mention the no returns/exchange "policy" before buying it. DONT BUY HERE! THIS STORE SUCKS! Go walmart instead.

They charged me for services they did not perform. Owner, Franscisco Gonzalez, claimed his technician said the 2 spark plugs they were supposed to replace were fine. But, tried to charge us for a spark plug replacement anyway. After a 10 minute argument, he finally agreed to refund us for the 2 new spark plugs they never installed. The problem is the motorcycle contains 3 spark plugs! Therefore, it is highly likely the technician did not even check any of the spark plugs but still charged us for "checking them". Other people have said the same thing about this dump and corrupt owner. STAY AWAY!!
