We also needed to use the restroom as well, restrooms weren't in the best shape or properly maintained. Snacks were interesting beings they were in another language. They also had some fried chicken, we didn't get because we'll we can get fried chicken just about anywhere. All we got was Cokes and made our way back to the road. While there are no real food options here other than some prepackaged sandwiches, of you are traveling and want to tie in both a fuel stop and grab a meal, there are a decent amount of dining options in the immediate area. Great selection of liquor, beer, and groceries, with reasonable liquor prices for Alabama (where…read morethe state, who supplies liquor wholesale to stores, is also a competitor in the retail business so privately owned businesses are forced to mark up the prices considerably to make a profit). The entire store is run by a family who are always there and keep the place much nicer than any other gas station i've ever seen, and they treat the customers with respect, having been in this business for many years. I love going here, and I can't help but start a conversation with the managers every time I step into the place, and they don't seem to care at all. This location is a nice size and have plenty of gas pumps so you can get in and out as needed. You would not guess this is a family run business and they treat you like family and with up most respect. Clean restrooms and the store is very organized. I will always only come to this store for all my gas and snacks when I am in town. I consider this the best store in Decatur!!!!
