Closed in under 20 Days! If you want an agent who actually picks up the phone and moves FAST, Wally Dally is your guy. We started touring homes on 12/30, and by 1/2 we already had an offer in. To go from an offer to getting our keys on 1/20 is absolutely unheard of! As first-time buyers, we had a million questions, and Wally was on top of every single one. His communication is 10/10--he kept us updated daily, explained the fine print, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. He made a complicated process feel like a breeze. I moved from the San Diego area after covid and although I am a licensed California Real Estate Broker, I am no longer active, in the area, or know the market so I found Wally Dally on Zillow based on his reviews and expertise of the area. I could not have been happier with my choice. After a prompt reply to my inquiry Wally provided a very thorough description of the selling process and his services. I felt he was knowledgeable and qualified so I hired him to sell my rental unit in San Diego. Wally made the transaction enjoyable, stress free and produced amazing results. I felt valued as a customer, his replies were always prompt, he knows what he's doing, and he offers a premier level of service. His passion for real estate and his business translates through the sales process and I'm grateful I got to end my career on such a high note. Thanks for your help Wally Dally! read more

We wanted to share the extraordinary job Wally Dally and Colby Mattsson did with our entire home buying process. We are not the type to leave reviews, BUT they deserve it. We would truly recommend them for your home buying needs. We met Wally and Colby at an open house, I believe on June 1st, and closed on our new home on July 3rd! They moved quickly and efficiently. They were very knowledgeable and reassuring during the process. As first-time home buyers, things seemed very daunting at times, but Wally was very helpful in every moment. Communication was always very clear and direct, which we loved and wanted. Again, if you're in search of a home look no further for your agent, it's definitely Wally Dally! read more

A million stars!!! My husband and I ran into Wally Dally by chance at an open house we almost didn't go to. From the moment we walked into the home, we knew it was ours, but we did NOT have our ducks in to be able to put in an offer in that moment. Wally jumped right in and showed us the way, and within a matter of hours, our best possible offer had been submitted. Worth every penny. We got the house and Wally remained by our side negotiating terms and being our advocate whenever we hit a road bump. We've been in our house now for 2 weeks and we could not be more pleased. There was never a moment during the buying process where we didn't trust Wally. He hustled day and night and led us through the whole thing seamlessly. We are so grateful we ran into him and continue to use his vast knowledge and network to make our home perfect. Thank you, Wally!! -The Alford Family read more

Wow! I could not thank Wally enough for the experience he brought to this transaction. I've had 3 other Real Estate transactions and this was EXCEPTIONAL. I highly recommend Wally as your next choice for any of your Real Estate needs. What to expect: First meeting is held at the office with the loan officer (upon request). You will be provided with a binder that explains every step of the way throughout your process/journey with Wally. All of your questions and doubts are discussed. Finally, a plan is set to move forward with your purchase/selling needs. Wally's DEDICATION was truly special to me and also very inspiring. We became the best of friends during the transaction. The level of partnership which transpired was EXCEPTIONAL. He never dropped the ball and didn't allow me to drop it either. He became my "Personal Trainer." I was able to place all of my trust in him and he never failed me. 'Til this day, Wally still answers my messages and calls with the same urgency when I'm in need of real estate questions/concerns. The process was UNIQUE to me because Wally never made this process transactional. He made sure both parties were getting a fair trade. In my past transactions, it felt very shaky and everyone was just in for the money. Wally was very HONEST through the entire process by disclosing all the issues we would encounter. The knowledge he has developed is EXCEPTIONAL, which helped tremendously when tough decisions needed to be made. I never felt stressed during the process or doubtful about my decisions. Wally brought the best VALUE to my investment. Let Wally take care of your next transaction, you will not be disappointed! read more

See all

If you're buying in SoCal, then you truly know what it means to struggle! Knowing we were in for an uphill battle, we chatted with friends to see if they had a trusted relator they recommended. We went with a recommendation from a friend, but it turned out that the relator wasn't aggressive enough for this competitive market. After getting second place on 4 different offers, we started to think we needed a change. We met Wally at an open house for a different property. At our first official meeting, we chatted with him about some ways that him and his team are able to have a competitive edge, without engaging in a bidding war. It blew our minds to know there were small things you could do to your offer to make it shine. Our last relator kept saying we just needed more money to offer. The third house we toured with Wally and his team, and our first offer (!!), was accepted. Wally and his team fought for us every step of the way, ensuring that we were getting the best deal possible while staying UNDER our maximum budget. Not only that, but he negotiated $10k toward closing costs for us, something we really appreciated as first time home buyers. Ok, so that's just the business stuff. But something else you need to know about Wally: he is such a positive and wonderful person to work with! He always keeps it real, but without being negative or discouraging. His positivity is infectious and I actually would get so happy every time we would talk. He truly cares about you as a home buyer (and a person) and really looked for all the ways to make this the best experience for us. I've already sung his praises to everyone I know, but if you're unsure about Wally, know this: Wally Dally Is Incredibly Kind, Sincere, Hard-working, and Relentless! Thank you, Wally! read more
